  JOB DESCRIPTION Melakukan pengembangan produk baru maupun modifikasi produk eksisting Melakukan kooridnasi, komunikasi, konfirmasi masalah teknis atau non teknis berkaitan dengan proses pengembangan produk dengan bagian terkait Melakukan koordinasi, komunikasi, konfirmasi, persiapan pelaksanaan trial produksi Menetapkan standard / spesifikasi terkait dengan kualitas maupun proses produksi Memberikan technical  kepada customer jika diperlukan Mampu me­reject product dan menghentikan proses produksi dalam proses triall jika tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan   Kualifikasi :   Maksimal usia 27 tahun Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknologi Pangan IPK minimal 3.00, pengalaman / non – pengalaman Mengerti ISO 9001, ISO 22000 Mampu memahami organoleptik produk pangan (penilaian tambahan) Bisa berbahasa Inggris Aktif Kreatif, Komunikatif, Individual Leadership Mempunyai kemampuan koordinasi & kerjasama dengan beberapa bagian dengan baik Bersedia bekerja dibawah tekanan Memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi Dapat mengoperasikan computer MS Office & Open Office Ditempatkan di Karawang http://www.jobstreet.co.id/en/job/research­and­development­staff­1851427
