Specific duties and responsibilities: c Ôeceives endorsements of unavailable medicines, medicines given and medications due to skin testing c ×dministers and charts medications and patient͛s reaction to the medication c ×dministers all medications via TT, oral, sublingual, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and other medication routes. c Ôe-insert lines to patients to avoid delays in timing of the medications c Signs initials to the medication profile for proper and accurate documentation. c o regular rounds and prepare and distribute prescriptions c eliver detailed instructions to patients for discharge c lean medication preparation area c o regular inventory of the emergency cart and request for lacking supplies c Job summary- tasked to carry out doctors͛ order and initiate quality nursing care, oversee and supervise bedside nurses
