Review Jurnal Teknik Industri International Journal of Science and Engineering (IJSE)
1.
Introduction A journal is a publication article that contains a scientific paper that actually contains data and information that submits science and technology written in accordance with the rules of scientific writing and published regularly. Journals can be used as a reference in exploring a scientific field. One way to understand the contents of a journal is to conduct a review of related journals. In order to fulfill this, a review of Ergonomics in Work Method to Improve Construction Labor Productivity was conducted. (Ergonomics Working Method to Improve Productivity of Construction Workers). The reason for choosing this journal is the first of the journals related to the field of industrial engineering, namely ergonomics, besides that the journal also has an interesting topic, because as it is known that construction workers in Indonesia pay less attention to the science of good work that can increase productivity and safety for him.

Abstraction Productivity is an important problem in the construction industry. This is directly related to construction costs and duration of work. Construction productivity is influenced by many factors, such as materials, equipment and labor. Labor is the most important factor, since work determines how work is done. Labor productivity is influenced by work methods, physical fatigue, work environment, ability, and complexity of work. To increase labor productivity because of work methods, the application of ergonomic principles is important to consider. The research was carried out in Yogyakarta including 10 construction projects and involved 30 workers from masonry bricks, 22 laborers from ceramic installations, and 24 wall painting workers.

Results and Discussion
The 3 aspects of ergonomic analysis carried out in this study are body position when working conditions, work environment, and work equipment. Based on the height of the work area that must be completed, there are 4 working positions of the builder at work,
namely squatting, bending, standing and sitting. Improvement of work methods that have a squat body position is done by giving a small chair so that workers can do work in a sitting position on the small chair. This body position can be applied by ceramics. For the sake of avoiding a bent position, the work method is improved by placing the material and equipment needed on the table by doing so, it can also reduce the movement that is not needed when the work takes place. This method of repair can be applied by brick and plaster masons and painters. The work environment varies between the heat conditions of sun exposure and shade conditions under the roof. Both of these conditions will affect the heart rate, the amount of oxygen entering the body, and the speed of movement of the worker. Working on top of scaffolding also makes workers feel insecure and comfortable. After measuring heart rate, it was found that the magnitude of the heart rate in the working method of repair was greater than 20.52 when compared to the existing work method, which was 20.03, this was also similar to the increased productivity level in the repair work method 0.763 m2 / 30 minutes when compared with existing working methods 0.664 m2 / 30 minutes. 4.
Condusion
The results of the research that have been carried out show that the application of ergonomics methods to construction workers, even if applied can increase worker productivity and also improve health for these workers. The results of this study also prove that labor productivity can be obtained by applying the principle of ergonomics, especially for jobs that rely on physical skills and abilities.
