Key duties/responsibilities for project secretary 1. Interaction with broad base of internal clients requiring timely efficient and accurate responses. 2. Maintain litigation, labor and various operating and corporate records. 3. Draft agreements for sales personnel. 4. Prepare correspondence, proposals, specifications, reports, organisation charts, spreadsheets and presentations including typing, formatting, collation and distribution. 5. Monitor reporting requirements and prepare monthly reporting requirements for the project as required. 6. Maintain correspondence and filing in accordance with the relevant procedure. 7. Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for the project team as required. 8. Minute taking and distribution of minutes at project meetings as required. 9. Arrange refreshments for client and staff meetings as directed.

Able to perform responsibilities with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, tact and integrity due to the great frequency of internal and external s and the high degree of exposure to confidential data. 3. Excellent written communication and document production skills required. 6. Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed. 7.
