Procedure Text Procedure text is a text that explains or helps us how to make or use something. Its social function is to describe how something is completely done through a sequence of series. Sambal korek is one of the famous sambal in Indonesia. To make this sambal is so easy. It takes ten minutes to prepare these ingredients. Ingredients: seven pieces of red chilli, two cloves of garlic, and one tablespoon of salt. Steps: The first is you have to wash the chilli. Then, you peel and wash the garlic. Put all the ingredients in your blender, including the salt. Add a little of water. After that, you can blend them all in two minutes. Do not blend them too creamy. The last is, put the ‘sambal’ into the small bowl. It is really good if served with hot rice and fried fish.
