and for Mike Meegan, the Director of the ICROSS in Africa. In mean time He started to explore herbs and crystal healings. In the end of 2014, he started to gain more insights in astrology: approach to skills of harmonics, middle point, Astro-Carto-Graphy and Hellenic astrology. Then he has achieved the certificate of astrological consultancy from ISAR (International Society of Astrology Research). He is the member of the main libraries in London and browsed large number of the literature.

In 2015, he started to explore religious philosophy, theology, demonologies and from different perspective regards to their history, future, structure and salvation. In mean time he has achieved the Cert. Business ing from CIMA and Digital Marketing certificate with Google.

Since in the end of 2015, he returns to China, he started his new journey for ancient Hua Xia theology and wisdom. In 2016, mainly with and as reference, he translated the Guiguzi into English, based on his lay theological experience and religious participation. He realized that the Saints from different space and time, follow with one wisdom from the God and then they cultivates and sets differently. He regards Gui guzi as an ancient Chinese Saint, with wisdom of liveness and death. And his wisdom with Tao, cultivates invisibly within whole Hua Xia spiritual root.

He said:” This is not a book talking about religion, but a book talking about spirituality and virtue with its earthly meanings and rules.” “This is a book of mythology, a book of theology, a book of Science, a book of management with universe and also a book of virtue.”

He will be on his way in exploring Chinese astrology; Vedic astrology and Arabic astrology with cosmological study soon align his growing visions into social, natural philosophy with economics and institutions.

INTRODUCTION OF GUIGUZI (MR. GUIGU)

Gui guzi is the book of the selected collection of his speaking and teaching. He is famous in War time of spring and autumn period. Since He preferred to make his seclusion in “Guigu” so he picked up his nick name as Mr. Guigu. He is the race from Hua Xia. His cultivations and teachings have cultivated lots of famous people in the pre historical China.

He is a marvelous theologian, militarist, strategist with much detached attitude towards the society, then making seclusions with his own inhabitance.

The books which has been written regarding to Guiguzi are and <seven methods for Ben Jing Yin Fu >. The former is concerned on strategy and technics of speaking; the later is concerned on theological cultivation with virtue.

In history, Guiguzi are more or less associated with philosophical brunch with Taoism, Confucius and Fa. They have been much more concerned on cultivation on military with virtues and assert their intension for peace while emphasize on strategies.

“Gui” in ancient China stands for ghost or invisible power from the universe.

“Gu” in ancient China stands for valley, which implies with seclusions and detachments.

“Zi” in ancient China stands for “Sir”.

“Guiguzi” stands for the teacher from the seclusion valley, who might have the wisdom regarding to mind and heart with all kinds in the world.

The Ancient Chinese is the language of the heart, the wisdom complies with this might lead to a balance between mind, heart, and body with surrounded environment. Since the wisdom has been associated with the universe from early time. So it has been gradually established into the system among human, environment and the universe. So every strategy of “Guiguzi” might align with changes of the universe and consideration with it, which might bring the maximized positive consequence from the universe. It has been based on its foundation of the virtue and brings the proper wellbeing for whole.

PREFACE

This book has 3 volumes, the structure could be based on the core idea of “Tao, Methods and Time” (TMT) which has been responded with “Characteristics, Consequences and Utilization” (CCU)

The first volume: it is topic regards to the relationship between universes (Tao) and Methods

The second Volume: It is topic regards to the relationship between methods and time.

The third Volume: it is topic regards to the relationship between universe and time.

The Third volume actually fully associated with the book < seven methods for Ben Jing Yin Fu > which reveals ancient Chinese wisdom between heart and environment locally, filled with local cosmological scripture.

In this literature, I have translated the first and second Volume, but I will not translate the third Volume. For there are different spaces and time around the world, each cosmological types differ from each other. If the reader would be interested by that part, please come to China through local languages in order to experience that cosmological type and you might understand it. For this is the most concealed part in the book, it is about the relationship between the wisdom of the heart and local “time”.

For in ancient China, the virtue has been cultivated with heart in the setting of environment rather than the institution and faculty in the west.

For this virtue-heart-environment is a unique setting from ancient China. It has been contained in the huge Hua Xia wisdom. It indicates that, if the virtue is properly cultivated, and the heart is properly complied, it would lead to the changes of the environment from Atom levels. For this wisdom is for invisible and also is for visible. Though it has been misguided and misunderstood in modern China. This wisdom has been settled since a very ancient time when it was long before the worship of the “dragon”, since several wisdoms could be traced back to the time and source before mythical centralization and institutionalization.

VOLUME I The Universe with Methods

FIRSTLY, THE ART OF OPENNESS AND CLOSENESS

Before you could name and define the objects, you need to understand the character of closeness and openness based on the changes (Yin and Yang) of the objects. [1]

(Note: Yang enables generating and creating, Yin enables shaping visibly, so there must be the name then to define and distinguish the new creation and shapes of it.

There will be the insight regarding to liveness and death that comes up with. Then the wisdom will mind the beginnings and the ends of all kinds.

It will approach human’s heart and be reflected into relevant changes outside in trace.

So, this becomes the way to master the wisdom of liveness and death in the world through the heart.

(Note: Those who could foresee the traits of liveness and death understand the omens under the cosmos. Base on that law, they won’t make it unclear in the aspects from human’s heart and mind with the trace of changes from outside. The Saints have understood the law of the liveness and death, shall they not master the wisdom from the God and cease the harm and cultivate goodness?)

Therefore, the saints from different space and time around the world, shall they not get the same understanding from the God?

(Note: the all for one, and one for all. The Wisdom from the God, is it not aimed to cease the harm and cultivate the goodness?)

It changes into all kinds, but there is always the way to master, there is always the location to set.

(Note: The wisdom are one from the God, but it acts differently, so it changes into all kinds; however, it has been ruled regularly, so there is always the way to master, and there is always the location to set.)

So it comes as:

Yin complies with Gentleness, complies with openness, and complies with relax.

Yang complies with hardness, complies with closeness, and complies with tension.

(Note: Those two are different, based on their presences and qualities, the way of teaching and utilization is different.)

However, the saints make it one, in order to master this wisdom towards the talent. It is measured by sequences: First by his wisdom and second by his skills.

(Note: though the way of utilization and teaching are different, the way of mastering wisdom is one. The sequences of the measurement are based on priority of its quality. Those who could weight or be weighed contained into his talent; those who could expertise his work contained into his skills. Therefore, the Saint choose the talents, would consider how they could be weighted by talent, and how they could be expertized by skills. Then the Saint will make a decision on their path of practice.)

For there are differences between the characters of the human:

The wise and the unwise; the talent and the fool; the brave and the fear; the merciful and the righteous

It would comply with the openness and the closeness, the advance and the withdrawal, the abundance and the poor. It has been cultivated and mastered regularly under the cosmos.

Therefore, it would enable their talent, skills and the truth of their characteristics to be assessed; then base on those, Saint follows their preference and desire in order to reveal their will and intentions.

(Note: The way in picking the talent, it might be based on assessment of their

talent, skills and the truth of the preference and then revealing their will and intention by following their own preference and desires.)

During the process, slightly speaking conversely to the will of the speaker, it will open speaker’s true will in order to pick up what speaker really concerned. It turns closeness into openness, concerned with beneficial communication.

(In generally, speaking slightly opposite to the will of the speaker, in order to open the truth of the speaker. The truth has been revealed, turn into closeness and concerned on next talk. It focuses on beneficial communication rather than better sound.)

If it is open, it would be revealed. If it is closed, it would be concealed. So if someone opens to you, it is based on agreement of heart; if someone conceals him to you, there are differences and honesty.

(Note: there are similarities between openness, so please know the heart. There are differences between closeness, so please consider their honesty.)

The proper behavior would be based on detecting the way of openness and closeness, in order to understand the similarities and differences.

Though there are similarities and differences, there is a hold for your own way of attitude. It is better to follow one’s will.

(Note: the way contains similarities and differences, but you have your own choice. Following on one’s own will, in order to reveal the result.)

If you choose the way of openness, it needs to be more considered in detail. If you choose the way of closeness, it needs to be more considered in secret.

Detail and secret are mutually concerned on the delicate of cosmos and comply with wisdom of the Tao.

(Note: the best result comes with the understanding of the delicate cosmos and the wisdom of Tao. Details need to be concerned in openness and secrets need to be concerned in closeness.)

Therefore, the way of openness aims at detecting the truth; the way of closeness aims at testing honesty.

(Note: The truth revealed could be true or false, so it is necessary to detect and pick. The honesty could be held or dismissed, so it is necessary to be relevantly bound.)

If the truth has been revealed, it would be weighted and measured. The Saint will consider with it based on his wisdom.

If the revelation could not be fitted in weighted and measured method, The Saint will make his own approach to reveal the truth.

(Note: Those which could be measured and weighted would be considered with the wisdom by the Saints. Those which could not fit in measurement and weight will be failed to utilization. The saint will make his own approach to reveal the truth by using converse technics.)

Therefore the openness, in one hand, could be pushed to reveal, in the other hand, could be contained to conceal.

The closeness, in one hand, enables to take the honest, in the other hand, enables to remove the dishonest.

So the way of openness and closeness, are the wisdom between Heaven and Earth.

(Note: In the way of the openness, for those who weights and is weighted, will push out for utilization, for those who is not weighted, will be contained for conceal. In the way of closeness, for those who are honest will be contained, and for those who are dishonest, will be removed. The closeness complies with Earth and the openness complies with Heaven, so it is also the way of Heaven and Earth.)

The way of openness and closeness, initiate the changes of Yin and Yang; develop all kinds in all seasons. [3]

The law of beginning and the end turn out to be conversed repeatedly; it repeated conversely again and again. It has been all from the way of openness and closeness.

(Note: all the creation begins and ends, just like the way of openness and closeness; one is based on the converse behavior of another, and repeated again and again.)

So the way of openness and closeness, enables the changes manifested from the universe, leading to the changes of the how people speak in different times. So it is necessary to detect the changes. [4]

(Note: If there is no closeness and openness, the change could not manifested from the universe, there also will be no change in how people speak)

Therefore, the speaking is the channel of the heart;

The heart is the master of the spirit.

(Note: speaking is the channel of the heart for heart initiated through speaking. The heart is the master of the spirit, for the spirit is concerned by the heart.)

The will, the concern, the desire, the preference, the mind, the consideration, the wisdom and strategy are all flow through this Gate (speaking). So set the gate of openness and closeness in order to master the flow in and out. The openness complies with speaking with Yang; the closeness complies with silence with Yin. Then if it is harmonious, the way of beginning and ends becomes righteous.

(Note: The gate of openness and closeness aiming at mastering the flow of 8 stuffs above. If the openness and closeness regulated properly, it leads to proper sequences and the beginning and ends turns righteous with God)

So, those who talk about Long life, peace, happiness, abundance, dignity, social status, hobbies, income, and preference comply with Yang, which emphasize on the beginning.

So, those who talk about death, worry, poor, shame, loss, harm, crime, punishment and sad comply with Yin, which emphasize on the ending.

All the Speaking which complies with Yang, are all concern on the beginning. Then people speak wellbeing in order to begin.

All the speaking which complies with Yin, are all concern on the ending.

Then People speak evil in order to end.

The way of openness and closeness, will comply with practice speaking of Yin and Yang. Speak with Yang speaker with higher visions; speak with Yin speaker with grounded cautiousness. [6]

Therefore, focus concretely when it is grounded; focus inflation when it is

higher up to heaven. This wisdom enables the freedom of the above and the below.

Therefore, this speaking could be concerned on human, Family, country, and wide enough approach to the world. There is nothing too small to speak internally, and there is nothing too big to speak externally.

The wisdom of Yin and Yang could be utilized in benefit, loss; leave and stay; betray and return. Yang comply with outward action vibrantly, Yin ceases with concealing inwardly. Yin and Yang mutually converse when they mutually approached their own extreme.

Yang concern on dynamic and virtue grows. Yin concern on silence and it shapes. The virtue is needed to convert the Yang into yin. The power is needed to convert the Yin into Yang.

The changes of Yin and Yang are based on the art of the openness and closeness. [7]

The heaven and earth comply with Yang and Yin. So the way in preach to human is also contained in this wisdom, which has been counted as priority over all kinds on Earth. It has been called as the wisdom of (circle and square) earth and heaven.

(Note: the Tao is higher than heaven and earth, in traditional perception in ancient scripture.)

SECONDLY, THE ART OF RESPONSE WITH CONVERSE

(Note: as the art of the closeness and the openness, there is the way of converse in speaking, the challenge brings more reflection in response)

The saint from the ancient time, preach and cultivate the wisdom of the universe to the earth. He initiates the process aside with the invisible wisdom of universe.

(Note: The cultivator aims for the Saints follow the wisdom of Tao. The Invisible is contained in the Tao, every movement has been paved with its grace.)

Repeatedly from ancient to the present, The Saints enable to observe the past in order to prepare the future; as the same reason, the Saints repeatedly observe the way of others in order to know themselves and prepare for the future.

(Note: the wisdom of response with converse is as such: the Saints are cautious with their minds, repeatedly in observation from the others, and from the past in order to prepare their initiation. So their initiation might be necessarily prepared, possibly lead to the maximized success)

Ever there is a situation, regarding to those who are visible and invisible, to those who are vibrant and solemn, in which it fails to comply with the future and present, and then it needs to react conversely from the past. This is the

wisdom to achieve and success conversely from its opposite. It preaches from the Saints and it is necessary in cultivating with this wisdom.

(Note: due to the vibrant and the solemn, we could get response to action, due to the visible and invisible, we could discern the truth. If ever any kinds fail to comply with present and the future, response with reversed observation.)

For those who are speaking is in the polarity of action; for those who are listening is in the polarity silence.

Therefore, the offer’s initiation in which whether it might comply with the current or not, that needs to be observed and considered by the silent. In order to guide the proper speaking, the silent might need to release the conversed response.

(Note: the silent observes the vibrant, according to the speaking; the core of speaking would be revealed. The improper is not necessarily to be expelled, instead, responded conversely, with consideration of core, and then complied speaking will bring the truth and harmony.)

Therefore, the proper speaking brings projection and comparison with its objects. So base on this manner, the future would be prepared. The compliance of projection and comparison is contained in the invisible; it enables to shape the speaking. As the same reason, the way of speaking is like fishing, which brings the truth. [8]

(Note: The proper speaking is compiled up to universe and down to details, so it is contained in the invisible. The projection of the speaking and comparison of

its aims mutually affected. Fish could be taken by the food as well as the speaking could be complied by initiation.)

The beasts could be obtained by the net trap located around their gatherings while waiting; as the compliance is proper, it leads to natural achievement. This is as the same way as for the person you are searching for: as the compliance is proper, it leads to natural occurrence.

If one uses this wisdom for preparing the occurrence, with less comparison found in speaking, it turns out to be lack of proper compliance. So the way of setting proper compliance needs to be changed. [9]

The proper projection of the speaking initiates the vibrant, as it also comply with his heart. The heart reveals the characteristics, with which the occurrence setter could cultivate and manage with him. It is as the wisdom of response with converse. So, the correlation of speaking is in proper compliance, it will lay the foundation of all. [10]

(Note: As the response with converse, might create the marvelous strategies. It might lead to no other tongue which is not complied with proper occurrence, which is the reason for laying the foundation.)

The wisdom could be used repeated, coded in heritage after the foundation has been laid. So the word of the wisdom contains most of projection and comparison with a proper occurrence. The Saints use this wisdom to guide the fool and the wise, there will be no doubts regarding to it. For those who are good at listening with converse, he could discern the invisible and catch their characteristics.

(Note: The saints guide the fool with art of closeness and conceal it, so their honesty could be known; the saints guide the wise with art of openness, and feed their characteristics in order to get their truth. This is the reason why there are no doubts for propose of righteous guidance.)

So the wisdom of the invisible enable to comply with changeable occurrence properly, then it leads to stable way of cultivation and management. If the way of cultivation and management is instable, the characteristics to be managed will be ambiguous; it might lead to an instable foundation. [11]

(Note: If the speaking is adaptable, complies with proper occurrence, so the way of the management is stable, the characteristic of the truth is based on stable management, then the way of foundation is based on the true characteristics.)

The change of the projection and comparison of the speaking will definitely lead to the opposite reaction. Return to silence to listen to the challenge and response with converse. So if there is need for other’s speaking, in converse with own silence. If there is a need for initiation, in converse with own withdraw. If there is a need for high standing, in converse with own low sitting. If there is a need for taking, in converse with own giving.

(Note: in the art of response with converse, both characteristics and object could be reached and complied mutually, if not it could be concealed.)

If there is a need to show other’s openness with characteristics, the projection and comparison of the occurrence needs to be complied, in order to cultivate the way of his speaking. As the response with converse, those agreed response will sound; as so, the characteristics could comply with its occurrence. Due to there is initiator and cultivator, based on both, this wisdom could be utilized for those who serves and those who cultivates,

within which, the Truth & falseness, the similarity & difference, the honesty & cheat could be known. [12]

Based on their characteristics, the speaking and action with dynamics and silence, comply with the art of openness and closeness; the happiness and angriness, comply with the traits of its occurrence. All those are based on the truth of their characteristics, and then with the way complied with proper occurrence in order to utilize them. Response with converse as the need of one’s or other’s initiation, which is based on the truth of other’s characteristics. This is wisdom of speaking. [13]

(Note: so by speaking, you could only know the truth of people from knowing its real characteristics. So this the way which has been mentioned.)

The way of listening for one is to calm the heart, in order to receive other’s speaking, detect its initiation, up to heaven’s sequences, in order to discern them down below. The way of speaking might not concern on precisions, but it helps to detect all details and categorize them with logic by time.

If you approached one’s true characteristics, so he could be weighted and cultivated by his talent and intentions. So it is necessary for occurrence complies with its consequences, which will be precise like hero’s arrows and occurrence from divine calendar.

(Note: by the wisdom mentioned above, from the speaking, it enables to approach the characteristics, so one could be clarified by what is inside, and his characteristics and occurrence will be concealed. according to the speaking and assure the truth is as the same reason as, according to the arrow and assure its goals and also as same as, according to the occurrence and assure its preparation.)

Therefore, the beginning of knowing is from own “self”, then you could know others after knowing yourself. The knowing of self and others are both necessary, just like the pairs in needs. In peaking, it is just like the initiation and response. In the visible, it is just like the light and the shadow.

It would not be unrighteous for detecting the truth of the speaking, by approach to such a consciousness. It will be easy like using magnetic stone in picking up the needle; masterly like taking the steaks. It will be as small as the scope would be when speaking with others by details, but its characteristics will be revealed rapidly by using this wisdom.

(Note: This wisdom is filled with consciousness of pairs, as small as the scope would be like, could not be measure by the visible, but precise in the invisible, which would reveal one’s characteristics very soon.)

It is paired with the way of Yin and Yang, the way of Circle and Square. The invisible would be guided by the way of Circle, as well as the visible would be guided as the Square. The proper compliance and occurrence could be managed and cultivated like this.

(Note: With the way of openness and closeness, the concealed and the invisible could be guided by the way of Circle, then the revealed and the visible could be guided by the way of Square.)

The way of the Circle and Square, is necessary to be set in origin. If not so, it might lead to the impropriety of the compliance of the management and cultivation. It also might not lead to the masterly utilization. So it is out of Tao and without one’s true characteristics.

Instead, if in origin, the way of circle and square has been settled, the later cultivation and management will be properly consider, even there is no trace in doing so. It is righteous at origin and harmony with the invisible.

(Note: use this wisdom in order to manage and cultivate, might go beyond the trace, righteous with the invisible and know the good result. It has been used daily even without being conscious about it.)

THIRDLY, THE ROOT OF SOLEMNITY AND COMPLIANCE

(Note: The solemnity is dignified with its stableness. The communication is from those who cultivates and those who serves. As the true characteristics has been mutually complied, it could be rooted firmly and comply with Tao.)

The relationship between the server and cultivator varies: It might be rooted with intimacy while they are far from each other; so there might be a converse request when one is away. It might be rooted with detachment while they are close to each other; so there might be appointed without cultivation. It is called to be too close to utilizing, so too far to not comply with. The root of solemnity needs to be always complied with the true characteristics of the origin.

(Note: The complied root would lead to intimacy while they are far away from each other. The different character would lead to isolation while they are close to each other. If the intention is not complied, there will be jobs without assignments. If the occurrence is complied, there will be a request while one is away. Regarding to characteristics, the difference might lead to the endeavor go for waste. The compliance might help to cultivate while one is far off. For the complied relationship is intimated, there is the request when one is far off. Then the response would always bring cultivation and strategy, which are all rooted with solemnity, which complied with its characteristics.)

The compliance could be with virtue, friends, wealth and sensations. [14]

(Note: In the relationship between severs and cultivator, if one complied with others through virtue, it would be the way of teaching and learning. If one

complied with others through community, it would be the way of friends. If one complied with king through wealth and sensations, their characteristics are declared by their own.)

If the inner solemnity is compiled properly, the strategy and cultivation could be reached, openness & closeness, intimacy & detachment, serving & leaving, requesting & responding, as well as are all complied with it. There will be no trace and break in the art of openness and closeness. So the one’s solemnity is compiled solely and rooted with much independence.

(Note: for the solemnity is stable, since its compliance is completed, there will be no break in the art of openness and closeness. If one’s root of solemnity and compliance is with the cultivator and manager, it comes without break and without confusion with the characteristics for which has been complied with solemnity.)

As the way of speaking is rooted in one’s closeness, and the cultivation and strategy comes with proper compliance, one might hold this to be rooted into solemnity. So for those who share intimacy while far away, it is based on the mutual complied root of the solemnity. So for those who are close to each other while mutually detached, their intention could not be complied. So for those who has been appointed but without cultivation, their compliance has not been reached. For those who have been requested while they are away, their past cultivation has been complied. For those who their endeavors go for waste, the utilization has not been complied. For those who mind each other in distance, they mutually complied with proper cultivation in order to make decision on strategies. [15]

So, if the speaking is not based on the categories to be observed, it might lead to detachment and isolation; if the speaking is not complied with its true characteristics, it might lead to be denied. Since the true characteristics could be complied, the true, the way of cultivation comes. So it could be

intimated and detached in order to keep proper distance, and it could be solemn with closeness and initiating with openness.

So if the Saints who lay the foundation of the proper occurrence, would use this wisdom in guiding to the righteous situation, rooted with proper solemnity and compliance. So it leads to the characteristics, so it will be properly complied with virtue, mercy, righteousness, music, metrics, cultivation and strategy.

According to the book of poems and proverbs, in order to detect the proprieties of the strategy and cultivation, in making a decision on appointing and serving, based on benefits and loss from the proper occurrence. Those who their compliance has been reached would prefer the appointing; those who is not complied with the characteristics, would prefer leaving.

(Note: Base on characteristics of the occurrence, those who could comply with, might prefer appointing, those who fail to comply with, and who might prefer leaving.)

Those who understand the way of outside & inside of the true characteristics of the occurrence, as necessarily detect the pattern of Tao. So it helps to prepare for the future and make proper action when the confusion occurs.

If the strategy is always righteous with the universe, the achievement and virtue would be cultivated. The way of appointment and strategy would be reflected in the root of the solemnity and compliance.

(Note: if the strategy is always righteous with the universe, there will be no confusion in those who rules and those who to be ruled and there is no differences between distances. So the root and the foundation of the state are solemn and complied.)

The rulers who are confused could not properly manage their appointing, the servants who are disordered could not properly declare their compliance. This has been rooted with compliance but might be in opposite of solemnity. For it has been rooted stably, but cultivated without righteous compliance.

(If the rulers are confused, and the servants are disordered, it might lead to that only the fool and the undignified could comply properly.)

If there is request for appointing, one could embrace and cultivate with it. If one would like to decline and dismiss this appointing, one need to leave in the time of challenge and crisis as his decline. Regarding to appointing and leaving, it is necessary to be with the art of openness and closeness in order to change with the occurrence repeatedly. Therefore, the process will be concealed in closeness, and it will lead to the great way of decline and withdraw.

FOURTHLY THE ART OF COMPLIANCE WITH CRACKS

(Note: compliance might aim at proper fill; the cracks might lead to the opportunity and crisis which longs for compliance. The shape of all kinds break due to cracks occurred, the art of proper repair and fill could comply with achievements and success. If it has been ruined, it could be removed in time. This is as the same as with the proper occurrence and speaking.)

The compliance and differentiation are contained in the law of the universe. Those who are near, and failing to observe the speaking and cause of occurrences, they might fail to detect the trace of the truth. Though those who are far off with each other, but observing the past and prepare for the future, they might know the traits of the truth. [16]

(As the decline of the appointing, there was a leaving, which leads to the differentiation. It is the opposed to the compliance)

The cracks lead to gaps, and the gaps form the breaks. If the foreseer of the cracks could be detected, it could fill the solemnity, expel the threat, put out its thriving, hide the imperfection and gain its rule to be complied. This is the wisdom of the compliance with cracks.

(Note: if the break getting bigger, it will lead to ruin. So this is how the fills comes. The foreseer concerns on the minor. So for those cracks generated from within, it could fill the solemnity; for those cracks generated from outside, it could expel the threat; for those cracks come from below, it could put out the thriving. For those cracks are small, it could hide the imperfection. For those cracks are hardly complied with, it could gain its rule.)

The Saints could detect the opportunity from foreseeing the crisis of the visible shapes, by keeping and cultivating its utilization, complied with changes of the occurrence, in order to cultivate the strategies according to the proper compliance in details. So it would be cultivated from foreseer of the cracks, and prepare for the huge effect imposed on characteristics of its kinds.

So the strategy could be cultivated through complying with the opportunities which has been detected from the characteristics of the beginning. This is way for cultivating with the politics and utilization. So if the cracks start to appear, this wisdom could be laid through the way of Tao.

When the above and the blow are disordered: there lead to unwise king, and the rulers are without virtue cultivation, so the unwise and the fool would comply properly; the wise would be hardly appointed, and Saints leave and conceal themselves, so the greed and the fake complied properly. There are doubts and confusion existed between the ruler and the servant, without complied solemnity. The foundation of country might break into ruins, with attacks among all the rulers. The intimacies would be separated; the improper occurrence will come as rages and oppositions. [17]

So the beginning of the improper politics is the crack that appeared in the level of country’s foundation. [18]

If the Saint foresees the beginning of the cracks, the compliance would be with the wisdom and measurement. If the cultivation and preparation could be complied properly with the gap it appeared, it helps to fill within and enables restoration. If the cultivation and preparation could not be complied properly with the gap it appeared, it helps to gain the rules to be

complied in converse.

For those occurrences which could be complied with, it could help to fill within. For those occurrences which could not be complied with, it could help to gain the rule and occurrences to be complied. It is same as the way of politics and kingdoms. In the history, there are many cases for rulers to gain its rules and occurrences, if it is the time like this, it might lead into the good result.

The way of heaven and earth, are filled with compliance & differentiation, beginning & ending, it is as same as that the shaped cracks respond with their compliance, so it is necessary to detect their characteristics. The Saints could comply with the art of the openness and closeness, accessing the wisdom of the universe with daily utilization from heaven and earth. He is the messenger from the universe.

If there is no trace for the cracks to be complied, it is good to wait for the opportunities. If the time comes, the compliance could be cultivated as strategy; it could be up to the ruler, down to the servant, since the way of fill has been decided. For the characteristics have been observed, so the proper occurrence could be complied. So the wisdom and virtue could be contained between heaven and earth.

(Note: if the fill is compiled within, it comes with the way of ruler, so rules will be complied, and then helps to declare the orders of the servants, so it will gain the rules to be complied.)

FIFTHLY THE RISE OF ATTRACTION AND CULTIVATION

(Note: The attraction rises with speaking of Yang, and then it could be cultivated with the wanted shapes. It will be rooted solemnly, and then the cultivation is stable. The way of the openness might reveal the true characteristics, and then the complied might be cultivated with the mutual benefits in the root of the solemnity.)

Ever the rule with measurements and weights regards to the power and talent might attract those who far off come near to serve. Then there will rise the law of the righteous, and set the orientation of the rewards and punishment. So it is necessary to know the way of compliance & differentiation, and then position the way of the speaking, reveal the way of closeness & openness, consider the proper compliance, and then decide way of appointing & leaving, assure the intimacy & detachment and then to be weighted and measured in the end. Therefore, with proper guidance, there could rise attraction, response with request and cultivate with utilization. [19]

(Note: if the necessary guidance above has been done with guidance, so the wise and the fool, the honest and dishonest would be declared. If those who come closer could be weighted and measured, the proper guidance regarding to their true characteristics, so it could raise an attraction, response with the request, cultivate with the utilization.)

Speaking rises with attraction and cultivation, it will rise with compliance and hold stably with solemnity. This wisdom helps to observe the compliance and detachment with the art of openness and closeness. For those who could not be complied or attracted, they need to be driven closer with appointing continuously; or they could be firstly appointed by their

talent, and then could lose their dignity by their short course. So the attraction for cultivation might be based on repetition of this process, if it is hard to be attracted by the rule. The appointing is with attraction, and he might lose his dignity from the cultivation, if they failed to form the proper occurrence.

(Note: for those who could not comply with the rule, would be initiated by appointing. Continuous appointing, enable those who could not comply with the rule, change with the compliance according to the appointing. But if those who still fail to comply with, they would be dignified due to their short course. Therefore, if the one is hard to be complied with initiation, would be continuous appointed, or be undignified, in order to change their willingness of compliance by the way of attraction and cultivation, for the compliance could only be rooted with mutual solemnity. The appointing is with attraction, and it loses dignity when it is removed from the attraction and cultivation, if they failed to form the proper occurrence.)

The utilization of cultivation could be treated with the art of compliance with cracks. The fortune, Jewry, wealth and the sensations could be weighted in treat. The Set of rewards and punishment is with attraction; cultivation is with cracks which have been detected clearly while waiting. This is how the art of compliance with cracks complied with its utilization. [20]

(Note: the treat with fortune, Jewry and wealth would test one’s honesty and greed. The set of rewards and punishment after knowing one’s talent would attract with his characteristics, in order to know his wisdom and strategy. Working with cultivation when the break is detected clearly would know his courage and fear.)

The rise of attraction and cultivation complies with cosmos. It could be applied for all kinds, after the occurrence being measured and weighted

properly. It is necessary to observe whether the compliance is with time & space, challenge & ease, levels of people & wealth. It is also necessary to detect the global alliances with understanding of the intimacy and isolation in their strategies.

Consider other’s intention in order to observe their concealed solemnity, then what he prefers and hates needs to be declared, initiated the speaking with what he concerns. The preference would rise with attractions, then cultivated with mutual compliance. [21]

(Note: if the preference is with righteousness, how could it not be complied?)

If it is utilized with people, then the talent will be weighted, the skills will be tested, the intention will be estimated. The attraction needs to be initiated with precision; the cultivation needs to be set with proper rules to be complied. So it is open at first in order to trace their characteristics and is close with the proper compliance in order to cultivate with it. So the raise of attraction is complied with others mutually in the end if it is a proper occurrence.

If it is utilized with people, the rise of attraction brings response with their characteristics, if it is the true characteristics, it could be complied properly without losing the dignity. Also the speaking has been considered with the root of solemnity and compliance. So the alliances might be properly complied due to this wisdom. The people from all directions might be attracted, with cultivation possibly into restoration and transformation. If one lost their dignity due to their short course, they could restore with others, if they did not lose their proper occurrence. [22]

SIXTHLY THE ART OF DESERTION AND COMPLIANCE

(Note: the art of desertion and compliance is to remove the confusion, in order one could comply one’s intention with proper occurrence.)

Ever there is a desertion and compliance, the strategies and cultivations might response with. So the way of desertion and compliance changes with proper occurrence, just like the chains have been in bonds. So there could be occurrences with purposeful orientation, leading to restoration and changes and mutually impose their impact on settings of the rules.

(Note: desertion might indicate those who are departure and far off of the whole, though there is differentiation between desertion and compliance as purpose, there will be proper response from related cultivation and strategies. The settings of rules would be affected on the rules of restoration and new rules to be complied.)

So The Saints, dwell between heaven and earth, is solemn with occurrence, cultivates with the world, utilization with the knowledge, then raise their charms and assure their positions. He might foresee the crisis and opportunities, with understanding the proper occurrence through time and space, response with it more or less, so he could prepare to cultivate it with changes.

(Note: if the saints response with occurrence the more or less, he might know how to fill with the cracks.)

There is no permanent occurrence with abundance and virtue to be complied. So the Saints focus on those could be permanent, so the cultivation would not be in vain. The wisdom of permanence sustainably enables Saints form the proper occurrence. This will lead to the success and comply with their cultivated strategies. So the compliance with the wisdom of permanence is very concerned with God and universe. [23]

(Note: compliance with proper cultivation is with abundance; compliance with virtue is with teaching. The way of universe and God is the source of permanence.)

The way of desertion and compliance might be utilized on the situation that proper cultivation could hardly be reached through the occurrence for both in which, the openness and closeness are mutually dispositioned. The compliance is conversed with the desertion in opposition as its position.

(Note: the openness is with desertion in action, and the closeness conceals its compliance in converse. for the visible desertion is to be known, the invisible compliance is to be cultivated conversely.)

The wisdom of the desertion and compliance could be utilized up to universe, states, and countries and down to families and humans base on their characteristics being weighted and talent being measured. Also it could be utilized with initiation & withdraw, large & smaller differentiations. The strategy needs to be considered at first, and then cultivated stably with the rise of attraction and compliance.

(Note: when the rise of attraction and compliance is with the art of desertion and compliance, the desertion might be with attraction in one hand, but in converse compliance with closeness and known solemnity in other hand.)

So in ancient time, those who were good at the art of desertion and compliance, might complied with all kinds, such as the rulers and the rest. There might bring the compliance with both sides, then it might detect the cracks to fill in order to cultivate proper occurrences from both for later. The wisdom of the permanence might form necessary compliance after the attractions within both, with the universe, it removes the confusions later.

(Note: So there would be confusion in both, for the wisdom of permanence of the universe is one, which would necessarily lead to the proper compliance after the attraction from both.)

It is impossible to cultivate with the world if not knowing the wisdom of the permanence like those Saints do; it is impossible to trace the source if not consider carefully; it is impossible to gain the charms if the characteristics could not be reached.

So those who are far away from the wisdom could not cultivate military. Those who are honest and dedicate might be confused while facing choices if they did not know the wisdom of permanence. In the art of desertion and compliance, the comparisons of the talents & skills, strengths & short courses, with those who are near & far off must be considered. Then it enables to comply with all kinds with initiation & withdraw based on proper occurrences.

VOLUME II The Methods with Time

SEVENTHLY THE ART OF CHARACTERISTICS WITH DENOTATION

In ancient time, those who were good at ruling would let the ruled be weighted and measured, would let characteristics of other rulers to be denoted. If the former fails to comply, it would be hard to distinguish its strength & weakness; if the later fails to comply, it would be hard to know the change with its dynamic and silence. How the power to be weighted? It could be based on the level of the size, the wise, the population, the wealth and its deficits and surplus; it also could be based on the degree of the geographical hardness, degree of intimacy with the wise & wicked, the degree of foreseeing with present & future, degrees of the wellbeing within the time& space, degree of cultivation with the talent aside. As well as nation’s intentions, which would be changed with bless & crisis, glory & hatred, are also crucial. [24]

(Note: The character also could be reflected with denotations as apparent signals. The characteristics of the world might be denoted by its power as visible scene. Conversely, by letting their power weighted and measured properly; its characteristics could be obtained.)

The characteristics are necessary to be denoted from other’s very happiness & hatred by the communicators. Arriving at the level of his happiness & hatred, might denote his characteristics based on the desire of the preference. So with desire of the preference, one’s characteristics might be revealed, the way of closeness and openness might be neglected with his concern. [25]

For those who already touched by their emotions, but still their characteristics fail to be detected. The communicator need to leave for the talks, and turn to those who are their acquaintances, in order to know

where this desire towards denotations could be settled. The inner characteristics changes with desire, and it could manifest what is outside, so from the visible could denote the invisible. This is the art of characteristic with denotation. [26]

(Note: this is the art of characteristic with denotation, shaped by desires and valued by preference.)

So for those who concern on state’s affairs, they would be considered by the measurements and weights. For those who concern on characteristics of the ruler, they would be considered and concerned by the denotation and desires. All the traits that have been denoted from, such as dignity & indignity, benefit & harm, success & failure, are contained in the same wisdom of characteristics with denotation.

(Note: The differentiations of the traits are all from the same characteristics and manifested with the preference of the desires, so they are from one, and share with the same way.)

So if there is no way for denotation, the Tao and extraordinary wisdom from the ancient Saints and masters would fail to be detected in its closeness. So the art of denotation is the foundation for this strategy and principle of the detecting and persuasion. It would be harder in foreseeing characteristics from human than from the occurrence, so the master of the way focus on denoting first then cultivation arrives later. This is the hardest for it is hard to be settled with solemnity and cultivation with others. The strategies might comply tightly with time, as the scene to be denoted.

(The Solemnity used to comply with characteristics, while with the preferences and desires it will be harder to hold the solemnity with others. Time changes

preference, which might lead to different desires attached to one’s characteristics, so time and its consequences are necessary to be denoted.)

So the butterfly effect, it could lead to preference & hatred, based on benefits & harms. It could be inspired into utilization after proper compliance. Then this new created insight could be utilized with slightly orientation, considered with the denoted characteristics; shape them into the way of speaking to be communicated.

(Note: the orientation is with desires and preferences, observed through time. For the characteristics need to be hold, so the imposing of this orientation stay slightly, then attention could be catch properly on changes and manifestations based on its characteristics.)

EIGHTHLY THE RISE OF COMPLIANCE WITH DENOTATION

There would be a compliance with denotation, which has been shaped as the manifestation of the one’s true characteristics. For this is the way by observing externally and comply with one’s concealed characteristics, so the wisdom is focused on art of closeness and concealed cultivation. The compliance would be mainly base on one’s desire, then cultivated with its characteristic with observation. If the traits of the denotation comply with the characteristics in observation, the cultivation of its compliance will succeed. [27]

(Note: firstly the observation of the characteristics would be reached through the art of denotation. Then the compliance aims to deal with one’s design. So the compliance is the utilization of the denotation here. So those who denotes, is to know one’s desire; so those who complies, is to cultivate with the one’s relationship with their characteristics and desire. One’s characteristic is hidden and have to be revealed through art and wisdom, so this wisdom still needs to be concealed with the art of closeness. The witness of the relationship between one’s characteristic and denotation is based on the response of the one’s true characteristic. The true characteristics would be driven by and with the desire.)

The rise of compliance with denotation is with the art of closeness, it is concealed in order to show solemnity and honesty. Then the trace, charm, and characteristics could be concealed, and then the compliance could hardly be known. The compliance and denotation are visibly separated, for the compliance here has only been slightly initiated into projection based on the connection with known solemnity. This will lead to success

(Note: for the compliance here has only been slightly initiated, then denotation of others could be detached, and compliance will be hardly revealed, for one’s

denotation is predominantly strong while the compliance is initiated so slightly.)

So those who are good at compliance with denotations in ancient times, it is like fishing, one explored deeply into the level of the water, but detached with no obvious actions, then he definitely could get what he aimed at. So with the cultivation with other’s denotations grows, one is known with no fear, for he is with closeness of his solemnity. This the way of the Saints, prepared with the invisible, then the cultivation leads to actions in openness and bearing the fruits. It has been made conscious towards the invisibles.

So this action of openness towards the bearing fruits is based on the cultivation with the virtue, so the nations have received its benefits and dwelled on it but without knowing. It is also based on good faith and mercy, so the nation could step on this foundation but still without knowing it. So those have been contained in the wisdom of the invisible.

If one bear such fruit is in his utilization of soldiers and military, who did not initiate the war with conquering and huge consumptions, instead being with good faith and mercy, the nations will submit and be afraid of rebellions naturally without knowing. That is best result in compliance with the wisdom of the invisible.

(Note: the wisdom of the invisible is with the wisdom of permanence from the God.)

In the compliance with denotations, there will be way in coping with all traits in manifestations: silently, deal with those who is peaceful; directly, deal with those who is honest; embrace those who is happy; shock with those who is angry; sustain with those who is with charm; insist with those who works, clarify with those who is righteous, declare those who is reliable,

request those who brings benefits, boast those who is humble.

So the secret from the Saints, are obtained by everyone. However, little leads to success in cultivation, for their utilization are wrongful. So the strategies have been failed without the proper consideration. The persuasions have been failed without proper listening. The utilizations have been failed with conquering. While the rise of compliance and notations might help to observe those three traits. So the strategy must cultivate based on desire of proper consideration. Then confront with the challenge and talk with those who are expert about them. Then there would be proper compliance cover all cracks. [28]

(Note: since the desires align with the challenges, it might cover and detect the crack it might be confronted.)

So the success might be numerous, and based on methods. Then the methods and Tao are all complied with change of the time. So those who speaks must comply with its characteristics, then when one’s characteristics have been complied, he would listen. Also there are categories in all kinds, so the drought burns earlier, when they are close to the river. And the wet sink first, when they are in the water. For different categories response differently, their orientation would be declared as above, as same as the characteristics response with their denotations, as same as compliance response with their denotations.

So is the rise of compliance with denotations is based on their categories, there would be a response based on their categories by nature. Then if the rise of compliance with denotations is based on their desires, there would be a response from the characteristics. So the secret from the Saints, it is never too late to learn and even master. It is the wisdom about compliance and insistence without occupation; it might cultivate and lead to success through time.

NINTHLY, THE ART OF RESPONSE WITH DENOTATION

In the art of speaking, those who speak in the point regarding to other’s denotation might prepare for its cultivation. Those who prepare might focus on how to speak on level of denotations and then properly decorate with their speaking. Then it would be decorated with the topic of benefit and loss. This who response to them, would trace benefits on their speaking, with less concern on discussion and proofs. Then it might lead to proper compliance with proper occurrence, which enables it clarify denotation with characteristics. For if the speaking is filled with challenges, it is better to observe and reflect repeatedly through speaking, it could help to reveal more depth inside.

For those who speak well, it is better to deal them with boast in order to cultivate with loyalty.

For those who speak with boasting, it is better to deal them with width of knowledge in order to cultivate with wisdom.

For those who speak friendly, it is better to deal them with decision in order to cultivate with courage.

For those who speak with worrying, it is better to deal them with weights in order to cultivate with honesty.

For those who speak with solemnity, it is better to deal with converse in

order to cultivate with success.

Then boast is for those who would first explore other’s desires. The width of knowledge is for who would make their speaking into structure. The weights are for those who would pick up the proper strategies. The decision is for those who would make choices without hesitation. The converse is for those who would detect the short course in order to avoid.

Therefore, the mouth is the gate of the depth; delivering the invisible that little could be shown visibly. So the intentions and characteristics could be concealed with this closeness. The ears and the eyes are the assistance of the heart, so they could help to detect opportunities and distinguish the goodness from the evil. So those three could comply together in order to figure out the most beneficial path.

So as the description above, the speaking based on wide knowledge would not lead to disorder; the free talk would not lead to be lost; the versatility with changes would not lead to crisis. If so, the proper occurrence has been obtained. Those who don’t have eyes, the color you have showed, would not be obtained. Those who don’t have ears, the music you have showed, would not be obtained. As the same reason, if those who could not be delivered, there would be no way for openness. As the same reason, if those who could not deliver, there would be no way for closeness. [29]

Therefore, the ancient once said that, mouth is for function of eating rather than speaking, for the speaking will be on proper concern and care. The rumor hurts so as the speaking does. If the speaking complied with of one’s characteristics, so the speaking would be carefully listened and the cultivation would lead to success.

So the wise would not utilize with his short courses and clumsy, but complied with one of fool’s advanced skills, so the compliance would goes well. So the proper use of one’s advantages and avoid ones’ weakness might bring proper compliance.

So there are five different way in response according to the denotations. The denotations might be sickness, fears, worries, angriness and happiness.

For those who is sick, he is weak and with less energy. For those who is scared, his depressed spirit is not settled. For those who is worrying, he is stuck without release. For those who is angry, he is unsettled and fails in control. For those who is happy, he is uprooted without concentration. Regarding to those 5 denotations, it’s better to utilize and act abides beneficial guidance with response.

So the speaking with the wise would be based on the width and structure of the knowledge. So the speaking with those who control wide and structural knowledge would be based on masterly debate. So the speaking with those who is good at masterly debate would be based on precision. The speaking with those who is with dignity would be based on effects and power. The speaking with those who is rich would be based on attractive superior with independence. The speaking with those who is poor would be based on benefits. The speaking of those who is with less dignity would be based on humbleness. The speaking with those who is brave would be based on dare. The speaking with those who is rich experienced would be based on certainty. This wisdom is always utilized with repetition and converse. So talk with the wise, which could bring awareness the wisdom. So talk with the unwise, which could cultivate the teaching.

There are many kinds of speaking, responds with different denotations. Therefore, one could talk whole day without failing to recognize its categories and with proper response. Therefore one could talk stably

without change would still not lose their compliance. So the speaking is with wisdom which could be dignified, which would not be based on the disordered and uprooted. The ears and eyes would be dignified by proper wisdom of listening and observation, it then would lead to special and dignified speech.

TENTHLY THE RISE OF CULTIVATION WITH DENOTATION

For the wisdom of Tao is contained in one’s cultivation, based on this, one could trace one’s reason, complied with relevant methods. So it enables those who to reveal the characteristics. After the characteristics have been revealed, one level of the gates of cultivations would be set. They are divided as the superior, the medium and the basic gates regarding to their levels. Proper utilization of those wisdoms might bring masterly cultivation, in which its way of cultivation has never been stuck. For it has been aligned with the ancient wisdom, properly complied with Tao.

Just like those explored and traced the unknown mining pots with magnetic guidance on their carriages, would never lead to be lost. There are also three ways in applying with their skills: the material would be measured, the capability would be weighted, and the characteristics within would be denoted. Those who are with similar characteristics, shared with their intimacy, would lead to definite success. Those who are with similar reason of desires, closed with their differentiation, would lead to harm towards one side. Those who are with mutual hatred, shared with their intimacy, would lead to harms in both sides. Those who are with mutual hatred, closed with their differentiation, would lead to harm towards one side. Therefore, if there is a mutual benefit, it is better to share the intimacy. If there is a mutual harm, it is better to close in detachment. The reason would comply with its relevant methods in cultivation. This is the reason why there must be an observation between one’s similarities and differentiations. The same attributes contributes on one category.

So within the time, the wall collapse with its growing cracks, the wood ruins with its weak break, and the assumption could be assured in all kinds. All those denotations might lead to change; then it leads to intention of compliance; the intention of compliance might lead to intention of cultivation; the intention of cultivation might lead to strategies; the

strategies might leads to discuss and debate; so the discuss and debate might lead to persuasion and attraction; then they might leads to initiation & withdraw. Then the withdrawing might lead to management which is one way of compliance and cultivation. So it is said that all the cultivation is from one source, with the change of the universe. All considerations are for methods of their manifestations.

(Note: It is that all the methods are contained in the wisdom of the Tao. Since the methods have been utilized based on different consideration and its propose of utilization.)

For those who are with mercy and virtue, might comply with dedication and charity rather than the attraction of the wealth. For those who are with courage with preference of challenges, might comply with confronting the risks rather than worry of the risks. For those who understand the art of occurrence, might comply with proper utilization and cultivation in order to be success rather than utilizing those methods with cheats and tricks.

This is same reason with converse that, the fool would be easily cheated, the dishonest would be easily scared and the greedy would be easily seduced. For the cracks has been denoted in all kinds as well. Therefore, the strong has been cultivated from when it is weak. The surplus have been prepared and avoided from its deficits. This is the consequences from the wisdom of the Tao. [30]

So those who are close with detachment but open with intimacy might better focus on their closeness. So those who are close with intimacy but open with detachment would better focus on their openness. The change will comply with those points confused, and then it will be assured by its presence with attractions. There is a need for conclusion based on one’s speaking, and insisting for success according to its intentions and orientations. So there is a need to comply with denotation of one’s drawbacks, in order to dispel the

potential problems. There is a need for approaching one’s characteristics in order to know what he is afraid of, incentive with those who speak superior, bearing the witness of the small action, response with those denotations, filling the cracks and deliver confusions with those who is disordered. It is cultivation with strategies.

The utilization of the cultivation and strategy, dealing with the way of closeness is better than the openness. The proper compliance is then much better, for the cracks would be detected properly. This is the same as that Masterly cultivation which brings endless resource, is better than the normal one. So the speaking with the ruler longs for the masterly cultivation; the speaking with the server longs for art of closeness.

If someone is in the way of the closeness, while speaks with the way of the openness, which might lead to detachment. If someone is in the way of openness, while speak depth with closeness, it might lead to the crisis. While the intimacy has been shared, it is better not to make a force on what they don’t desire for. Don’t teach and cultivate with someone who did not wish to know. For those who could learn better with his proper concerns and attentions. For those one hates, it desired to be avoided by nature. So the cultivation is with the invisible, but achieve with the visible.

In dealing with those who is away from the rules, let one go for one’s own desire and will, then cultivate with the denotations. Observe and detect the things that those who did not like or hate with clear intentions, would be the place concealed with their characteristics. So if the characteristic could be revealed, it could go for utilization; if not, it could not go for cultivation. So the proper dignified cultivation would help to set with other’s path, with effects and powers; the normal compliance would be cultivated by others, so the path of the leading destiny has been set.

The wise cultivates with ease, the fool complies with hardness. For the wise

knows the way for compliance with proper occurrence, like cultivating with openness in the situation of Yang, like Cultivating with closeness in the situation of Yin, but the fool makes this wrongful. For the dignified wisdom is with proper occurrence. The wisdom is cultivated with invisible and few to be known by others. If it has been utilized, assure its consequences; based on that, pick up different methods. Those methods might be either concerned on one’s own or others with cultivation.

So the ancient Saints got its way in cultivations with heaven and earth, with superiority and depth. Their management is with the wisdom of the Tao, which has been prepared with invisible closeness. It is not only aimed at honesty, reliability, mercy and righteousness, but mainly has been contained in wisdom of the proper occurrences. If the occurrences have been reached with righteousness, there would be the way to open in speaking. Therefore, it could be cultivated with righteousness regardless of the distance.

ELEVENTHLY THE RISE OF THE CERTAINTY WITH DECISIONS

Making decision for others might be based on their doubts. The doubts are based on one’s preferences. So by observing in the way of taking the benefits, the way of avoiding the harm from others, the characteristic might be revealed. So then the confusion could be removed and the decision would be made, according to the benefits. If the benefits have been removed, the decision might not be taken. The unique and special strategies are based on this.

If the decision is beneficial, but invisibly complies with harm, it could not be taken, so it might help leading to the flowing future. So if it leads to loss of the benefits and harms, it is mismanaged.

The proper cultivation from the Saints, could lead to success. It might be based on 5 methods. It would be the method in dealing with Yang and virtues; it would be the method in dealing with yin and the wicked; it would be the method in dealing with the honest; it would be the method in dealing with the closeness; it would be method for the friendly commons. Those who are with way of Yang will be encouraged by one propose for achievement. Those who are with way of Yin will concern on two consequences in dealing with cultivation and compliance. With settled education and properly managed opportunities, those four ways should be utilized masterly.

(For, in Yang, it is solitary for achievement, in Yin, it might consider 2 possible consequences when it was withdrawal. The mutual interacts of those 2 possibilities lead to proper occurrences of Yin.)

So if the confusion is also based on the observation of the past and the future, proper consideration with settled cultivation, would be decided with certainty. As the same reason, if one serves with the ruler, which is dignified but with risks, it also could be decided with certainty; towards those who cultivate with ease & hardness, it also could be decided with certainty; towards those who searches for wellbeing and expel risks, it would also be decided with certainty.

(Since the proper occurrence has been laid, there would raise the certainty.)

So making decision on one’s characteristics in order to remove the confusions is crucial within its all kinds. Restoring righteousness in disorder, decision for cultivation of success and failures might be challenging works. So the ancient rulers made references from divinations in order to decision with certainty independently.

TWELFTHLY THE ROOT OF WISDOM WITH DENOTATION

(Note: the speaking those which could comply or response with denotations, will be contained in the wisdom of the denotation. Then the denotation could be in the right position with proper occurrence, so it could be rooted stably.)

When the ruler is rooted with his position, there would be settled solemnity with righteous cultivation, so he is with proper principle and gentleness. He would be good at giving (visible & invisible) but not fighting, there will be the space in the heart for the art of closeness, complied with settled faith in preparation for the time that his rule might be challenged.

When the ruler is rooted with his wisdom, his eyes, ears and heart would be properly dignified by his wisdom. So by observing with the world’s perspective, there would be nothing not to be seen; by listening with the world’s perspective, there would be nothing not to be heard; by analyzing with the world’s perspective, there would be nothing not to be known. It is like All The Way Leads to Rome, the resource of the wisdom would not be stuck.

When the ruler is rooted with vison of virtue, he won’t be rejected because of his stillness. If it was allowed, there must be set his closeness with stillness. If it was rejected, it would be stuck. So by the same reason that the mountain could be so tall by the dust it contained at each steps, the ocean would be too deep to measure by the flows it contained at each steps. If the way of the invisible has been cultivated righteously, how hard it could be measured and how far it could possibly ever reach? For it is endless and infinite.

(Note: the mountain would not reject dust, so it could high but be still. The ocean would not reject flows, so it could wide but with depth. So if the clouded has been obtained, the way of Saints would be huge.)

When the ruler is rooted with its standards of rewards, the honesty and loyalty would be dignified. The righteousness would be dignified by punishments of the wrongdoers. The rewards could be glorified visibly through eyes and ears. But as those who have not been in the witness of rewards, would be cultivated and taught by the invisible power. If the honesty has been imposed properly, how could the wicked harm the ruler?

When the ruler is rooted with the longings of questions and confusions, he would observe the Heaven, the Earth and then cultivate with the human, by considering the all kinds around, including: is there any matter to do with Mars recently?

(Note: There is ancient Omen towards the aspect and position of the Mars in the sky. The divination is properly considered with the heavenly entities and their influences.)

When the ruler is rooted with the concern of causes and consequences, it would be the same as the heart managing the rest of the body; as the same reason as that the rulers master the servants. Those who are with righteousness, the ruler would reward them; as the same reason that the ruler punishes the wicked. So if the ruler could trace the cause of the mutual compliance and he could impose his effects and consequences in order to respond with their request, so it would not consume heavily in operation. So the Saints would utilize this in cultivating the cause and leading to proper reward in its consequence. So based on the wisdom of the causes and consequences, the rule would be stable and last long.

If the ruler is rooted with the proper consideration, there would not be disordered in his servants. But if the cultivation is based on this case might lose its function. So the art of the openness and closeness between rulers and the servants might be stuck, it would be so hard to trace the characteristics. [31]

When the ruler is rooted with wisdom of the heart, his dignified eyes reaches whole world, his dignified ears reaches far off, both of them leads to the proper observations. So this observation could be reached in the world even corners. So the wicked could not be concealed but they could be changed with this power of the heart that is in the wisdom.

When the ruler is rooted with concern of proper title, it would comply with the realty, and then it would lead to complete settlements. The awarded title and the reality would nurture mutually with each other, opposed mutually as complements. So the title should be generated with reality; then the reality has been generated from proper compliance, which has been rooted with cultivated virtue. The virtue has been cultivated by proper compliance.
