: No. You can’t suddenly make smoking illegal. But the government could prohib its moking in public areas; like cinemas and theaters.

: Yes, that’s true. Anyway, in most places you can’t smoke in cinemas. But I think people should be allowed to smoke on trains and buses. Don’t you?
