My name is Ildikó, and I’m an author of methodologies for the development and rehabilitation of human central nervous system (CNS) functions that are determined by genetics. I’m a woman and mother who discovered a system of important cognitive processes through my gift of perception. Once we properly apply rules in our brains given by genetics, we can effectively help ourselves in our lives. It might seem unusual, but I have dealt with the topic of unconsciousness my whole life. I have a gift for noticing things that others don’t. I work as a mentor, coach, researcher, and sometimes as an innovator. But at this point, I am the person who is here with you. Let me give you a helping hand. If you feel disappointed, anxious, or sad, or you carry your pain inside, I’m here. I’m here for you. This guide saves lives. With pleasure in my heart, I offer it to you. It’s a simple and quick guide. Help is stable and effective. Other guides are incomplete and incorrect. You need to know the right steps to take, and that’s what motivated me to share Write and Tear. The guide has its own rules, and change can come very quickly. However, there is no change without pain. This positive change is like surgery in a hospital. You know there will be pain after surgery. You know all wounds must be healed, and you know it will take time. Despite knowing all of this, you willingly put your health in doctors’ hands, and they are trying to help you. You also try luck; we all try luck. We believe and we try.
Introduction
We all have our own stories. We live our lives the best we can. But there are moments when we don’t succeed. Our dreams, wishes, and nice thoughts are replaced by disappointment. Despite our efforts and the ions we put into our lives, we also experience pain. We carry remorse that does not let our hearts sleep. We try to start from the beginning, but often our pasts and unpleasant memories catch up with us before we even start. And that hurts. We know we must move forward and be happy. But it’s not possible all the time. Then we have questions.
• How? • How long? • What should I do? • When it will end? • Can I start again?
Where can I find strength and energy?
• Will I experience love? • Will I forget or forgive?
We ask ourselves these questions because it’s something we need to do. We have to live differently, so we ask ourselves how to do so.
Who Am I?
My name is Ildikó Csὅlle. I am a mother, writer, and private researcher. I’m from Slovakia, Europe. I am involved in research and decryption of human unconsciousness. I am an expert on the manifestations of stimulus processes. Although I am basically unknown, knowledge of my work is spreading at the speed of light all over the world. In small ways, I am changing the world. Evidence of this is Write and Tear. This guide has changed the lives of thousands. Even though this work is being copied quickly, the author is still considered unknown. However, I am here. Read my story, and try my guide. It has helped me a lot. To be honest, it has brought me back to my feet. I use it every time I feel dissatisfied, and it always helps. Every time.
We Want to Be Happy and Healthy after We Heal
First, we need to feel the pain for our wounds to heal. This guide helps you to cope with it easier. You just need to follow the given steps exactly. We have to endure the pain. It’s like a phantom pain of our mental health. Pain is triggered by a memory. Long-forgotten information-cramps appear in our bodies. Emotion. We need to rid that emotion, pain, and information cramp from our thinking. The successes and strengths of this guide are given by its results. It can reduce emotional pain by 65 per cent within ten days. The pain is relieved after the first application by 10 per cent. You’ll feel relaxed. It’s possible to have a complete emotional balance by being persistent. You will learn it is possible to cope with a bad situation or experience and the pain, wounds, sadness, grief, or helplessness that we feel.
How do I know?
This guide saved my life. It helped me to overcome difficult situations. I wouldn’t be alive if I hadn’t invented it. I owe my life to it. The guide also saved the lives of many others who were told about it. It brought significant changes in the lives of many of my friends. It’s so simple that many people don’t believe it’s really working. First, they think it can’t work. Then once they realize it’s working, they don’t understand why it’s unknown to much of the world. They motivated me to write this guide and share it with the world. I decided to share this easy tutorial with you as it can quickly and effectively put your thoughts in order, including how to deal with pain, sadness, and despair. You will be able to move forward in your life more quickly than you might have thought.
How Does It Work?
The information in this guide directly affects the cognitive processes in the human brain. It stimulates the part of the brain that has to work. If the process is not working correctly, our brains receive so-called information cramps.
What Is an Information Cramp?
“Information cramp” is the name for a phenomenon that directly affects the human nervous system. It’s about overloading our brains with stimuli and information. I named this phenomenon in 2010, and I believe it is a good name for us ordinary people. Overloading the brain with information affects everyone, whether someone is sixteen or seventy-eight years old. Moreover, it also affects younger children. We live in a technical and media age, where information constantly affects us through media, Internet, advertising, mobile phones, laptops, and your social life, family, and friends. Our brains are exposed to a huge amount of information every day from human-made devices, for example, Wi-Fi and satellite communications. Our brains are under constant pressure because of these technological and communication innovations. And such pressure is the cause of the information cramp.
The information cramp evolves in our brain. To be more precise, in the neocortex. That’s where our thoughts, memories, and experiences are recorded. Followed by our dreams and hopes. We can imagine the process like this. Your brain is forced to receive a million pieces of information every day which have to be processed. This procedure is based on three principles: receiving information, processing information, and transmitting information. These processes occur automatically in our bodies. The results of these processes appear in one’s mood, sense of satisfaction, and overall health. If the brain performs all three processes correctly, we live a happy life. We feel satisfied and vital. We have nice thoughts, and we talk kindly to other people. We are capable of long-term work without losing energy. We are creative and not afraid of new challenges. In such a state, the brain doesn’t feel any stress or tension. One’s body doesn’t feel tired, and we believe in the future and love. However, overloading with information or devices will put a heavy strain on our brains. Three important brain processes will start to work faster. More information means more reception, more processing, and more transmitting. By accelerating these processes, we increase the internal pressure of the body and brain, creating an informational brain cramp.
Receiving Information
We receive information through our senses—eyesight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. At the same time, we accept our thoughts which we create by thinking. These are also received and stored in the brain as brand-new information.
Processing Information
Information taken into our brains must be processed. Doing so tidies our thoughts and replays memories. It also helps us be happy and healthy. Our brains do this twenty-four hours a day and throughout our lives. The brain never sleeps.
Transmitting Information
Once the information is processed, it gets ed on. That’s how we communicate. That’s our speech, an activity we perform if we want to. As our brain processes information, we talk accordingly.

In case our brain has failed to process the information or something is wrong, it increases the pressure in our body. It is followed by nervousness, lack of concentration, tension, stress, anger, and fear. These reactions are all automatic. We know them as emotions that either hurt us or bring us joy.

Less information received means less work for our brains.

Too much information received means more work for our brains. More work means the brain consumes more energy. More energy is needed, and the whole system needs to be accelerated. The brain must process the information, and it begins to try. It tries hard, and we feel boosted, as if we were powered by batteries. We talk and work fast. We live fast, we exercise, quickly evaluate, and then we think. This phenomenon is the first signal to our bodies that our brains have more work with the received information. Usually, we are completely exhausted after doing this all day. Our body relaxes for a while. But the next day, the process starts all over again.

In case we have a harder day, our brains receive more information, and the system is boosted. Our brains can’t keep up with the speed. They simply cannot continue to operate at a faster pace. Let’s imagine that we ran from morning until night. How long would our bodies last? Not for long. So instead of processing the information, the brain creates a safety process to store the unprocessed information and data. The brain cannot prevent receiving information, but it can store it. Later, the stored information is taken from the brain’s storage and processed. At least that’s its plan. According to the brain’s plan, if perception of information slows, it takes the stored, unprocessed information. The best time to do it is when it’s quiet all day. Usually, it happens to us if we just sit back and do nothing except relax. Then the brain empties the storage which is often negative information. If we rest regularly, it’s not that difficult for the brain to get rid of stored information. We are calm and only perceive the thoughts that are reflected in us. If we don’t relax regularly, it’s often difficult and painful for us to get rid of the stored data. The worst is to live without relaxing or taking some time off. The same happens if we avoid receiving sensitive information that hurts us. If we continue to refuse such information regularly, it becomes dangerous and creates an information cramp.
Information cramps also arise from feelings of injustice, misunderstanding, and harm. Examples would be: When we trusted and our trust was broken. When somebody physically humiliated us, and our body suffered from unexpected pain. We believed, but our faith was not fulfilled. We hoped, but never saw the desired result. We fought and lost. Strong emotion is added that stops the brain from processing the information and creates a cramp. The more stops our brain makes, the more pain we have with the specific memory. However, our brain is trying. It regularly replays stored and unprocessed information cramps. Why? Because it must complete the task. It must process information which failed to process and was transformed into an information cramp. That’s why just positive thinking doesn’t help if our memories remain to hurt us. Programming your mind and its subconscious lasts only for a moment. We can soften it by forgiveness and understanding. We realise certain situations and try to forgive ourselves and others. We relax a bit. But the pain is still with us, even though only gently and quietly. The brain must on the pain, but how? How is it done without imposing negative thinking on others? We can’t complain. We can’t talk about our problems in front of other people. There is a common perception that we have to show that we live happy lives. We need to get rid of information cramps. It’s important. If the brain suffers an information cramp for a long time, it evaluates all information as negative. Even the good thoughts are considered threats, and we begin to feel distrust and fear. We react irritably and nervously. We are set to reject. We begin to perceive the world around us with apathy and a general lack of interest. Every word irritates
us. We start living a tired life. This lack of interest is the brain’s reaction to its inability to remove information cramps created by too much information. The brain will try to stop conscious and subliminal reception of information to protect itself. It’s an attempt by the brain to release information consciously so the information cramp which is there is not even more burdened. The effects of the long-term information cramp in our brains are easy to notice. When we are accelerated or too spontaneous, we often change moods or are apathetic. For sure, we live in information cramps, and our brain’s storage unit is already full. Some of us are hot-tempered just because our brain starts to eliminate information we don’t want to have. The information is not processed, and our brains don’t want it. If we are more sensitive and don’t want to act impulsively, the process of transmitting the information is turned towards ourselves. Our mental health is thus in danger and may collapse. Depression, anxiety, and personality disorders are possible results of these information cramps. For some of us, this reversed transmission process settles on our organs, and our bodies become ill. We don’t thrive anymore. Therefore, it is important to release information cramps from our brains and bodies.

I reveal a bit of my story in each of my books. I’m a woman who cannot live with regrets. I’m overwhelmed when others feel sorry for me. It weakens me. I do not apologize for my courage. I would rather stand on my feet a thousand times than not to try luck just once. I look for solutions rather than take chances. Who am I? First, I’m a mother to my twenty-three-year-old son. I’m a widow. My husband and my son’s father died more than eighteen years ago, and since then, my son and I have been on our own. My family has helped me a lot, but I’ve always dealt with the important stuff by myself. It’s not easy to raise a child if you’re a widow. In the European country I am from, the situation is especially difficult. Imagine how much pain I had to hide. I had to be strong and not cry when someone asked me where my husband was and why I was alone. Why didn’t I have a partner? How would I live? Why didn’t I give up on my dream? I should have just given up and made peace with the fact that as a single mom, I didn’t have the right to be happy anymore. I was surviving a quiet hell, which took away my strength and faith. My country was small, and we were just starting to understand the meaning of democracy and freedom. Let’s learn to walk forward. I’m not judging the people who hurt me because they didn’t know how to help themselves. Their hurt hearts were bleeding, and they hurt me too. We learn. Should we just accept the hurt without doing anything? No. I had to find a solution. I had to fight. I was forced to because I had a five-year-old son who needed to feel my love, care, and hope for a better future—for both of us. I believed in all of us, and I believed in my dream. Do you know what my dream was? I dreamt of being a painter. I’ve had a sense for art since I was a small girl. I’ve also sensed life. I could connect stimuli, which only artists and inventors
could connect. I loved the elegance of artistic works. I perceived the world freely and to its fullest. I dreamt about having my own exhibition that would travel all around the world. I dreamt about a day when I would share my point of view of the world with others. I wanted to share the joy I’ve carried in my heart since I was born. I dreamt about a day when I would tell the world that we could do more than we thought.
We can achieve more than we see. We can achieve more than we could hope for at the moment.
What I want to share with the world is that the gift of life is far more important and valuable than we can imagine. Our possibilities are much stronger than our actions, which can sometimes fail. Yes, I dreamt about painting my world so others could see it.
The Truth Was Different
Being a young widow in my country meant facing extreme disgust from society. I was rejected only because I was a widow. It felt like I had leprosy, that I was not clean. I had a child and was too young. Society couldn’t cope with that fact. No could they understand. Such truth was very painful in the society where I lived more than eighteen years ago. Yet, I had a dream. But how could I afford to fulfil it? How could I afford to dream about people’s pure hearts on this planet? As a single mom, I felt worse than anything. Who would want me, a widow with no property and a small child? It hurt. I felt humankind’s potential, but I was being judged and discriminated against because of my circumstances. Yes, I lived with that. Some views hurt. Some unspoken but cruel looks made me cry. I cried at night, when no one could
see me. I had to be brave. I had to hide my grief and sadness. I had to keep smiling. Some people told me, ‘Your son deserves a good and loving mom. Your job is to replace his father and to be a mom who will listen to him and bring him up properly.’ I was supposed to bring him a smile that I couldn’t have. Yes, it hurt. The pain inside me was growing, and so was the information cramp. Then another one. And another one. Gradually. Day after day. Somewhere in my heart, the pain grew in strength, which I had to hide. I couldn’t let others know. They shouldn’t see my pain. That’s what I thought every day. Enough! Until when? How long was I supposed to lie that this quiet, unspoken pain was not bothering me? To be successful, a loving mom. To be a woman who has her dream and wants to fulfil it. Until I could not bear the burden. Until when?
Cheer Up, You Can Do It
You can manage. Then you can live just like you wish. I kept telling myself that every day. You can do it. You have the strength, and you want to live. I lived the American dream in the heart of Europe. I believed in people and knew we could do more than we thought. I’ve had technical thinking since my childhood. I am interested in cognitive processes and human psychological mechanisms in the subconscious, how we think, live, and behave. I’m an expert in genetic psychology, which is not yet very well known to the world. I have stable results in the human psyche. I have written several works, methodologies, and techniques that can stimulate the CNS. I’ve helped people around me all my life. I’ve worked with people since I was sixteen years old. I am a writer in a country that rejects and condemns me for my modern discoveries. I am just a widow and a woman who dares to dream boldly
and believe in the development of humanity. I’ve been a target of physical attacks, humiliation, and violence. Pain. I was torn between life and death. Despite this, I was convinced I could believe in the rebirth of people’s pure hearts.
How I Overcame Such Disappointments
Fights, attacks, humiliation on the Internet and bullying. My ideas and innovations were in the hands of people who didn’t know that the first idea, the first page, was handwritten by me. It hurt when they neither credited me nor thanked me for my contributions. Do you know why they didn’t? Because those who profited from my ideas knew that I was just a woman, a widow with a child who didn’t have a strong man behind her. It hurt. It hurt a lot. I know what it’s like to be a woman, and what it feels like to be thrown away and used. Injustice. The feeling of a cramp that didn’t let me sleep. The word “injustice” takes energy from us, especially the realisation that we live in injustice. It takes from us the hope and faith in the future. I’m not the only one living with injustice. Many have the same fate. I know it, and that hurts me even more.
We help people who don’t thank us afterwards. We give them hope, which they don’t realize.
How can we endure it? Hide? Carry the pain and secrets inside us? How long? How do we change our thinking? Look up, straighten your back. Cheer up. You can do it. How? Our thoughts are mingled, so how do we know which one is the most painful memory? My thoughts are mixed with those filled with hope, yet they are still painful. How?
Forgiveness was not enough. It’s never been enough. Meditation helped for a while, maybe two or three days. However, it wasn’t enough. Physical exercise could help with being okay with your thoughts for a while. It wasn’t enough. I needed something technical, understandable, and neutral for details of my life. I needed to get involved in my business, earn money, love my son and family, and have faith in love and the future. Have faith in life’s meaning. I had to find the correct cognitive process that is aligned with our genetics. I needed to discover a process that would help me start the healing process of my thoughts, memories, and pain in a way that wouldn’t cost me my strength. We shouldn’t replace our thoughts for different ones. We should be able to know and situations without any pain. I didn’t want other people to sense my pain. Enough. I wished for a change, not forgetting. I didn’t want my strength taken away. I couldn’t change the past, but I needed to be strong, brave, and free for the future. My prayers brought answers. I focused on cognitive processes, and I created a guide. Then I tried it. I made it increasingly easier and more effective. I worked on the details and tried it again. You should try it too. Make sure you stick to the guide for ten days. You should endure the pain after the “surgery”, and repeat until the pain goes away. Hold on, and the results will come. I managed. Others who were given the guide managed as well. The goal is to get rid of the information cramps in our brains so that we can be healthier, more successful, happier, and more creative.
Let’s Start
Take a break. Prepare. Try not to be disturbed by others. You will need at least one hour of your time, although thirty minutes can help as well. You decide how long you use the guide. Make sure you have a pen or pencil. Whatever you have. Gather lots of paper or a notepad for writing. Pour a glass of water, or another beverage of choice, and if
you’re thirsty, take a drink. And tissues in case you cry. Put your phone in the silent mode. You don’t have to turn it off completely, but it shouldn’t disturb you at the first sound. Then set the topic. Focus on the topic that hurts you. For example,
• Job • Money • Relationships • Emotions • Health • Failure • Violence • Despair
Is your topic different? Define it, and think about your source of pain. When did the problem start? Think. Think about a person who was with you in a given situation. Think. How long have you felt the pain? Think. How long have you believed improvement isn’t possible? Think. Now start writing. Leave this guide open, so it’s close to you and your paper. Read it step by step while writing.
Don’t skip pages. You can do it. Follow the guide, and trust me, you can.

Start
Write, write, write.
This guide is for you. Now you can do it. I know you can. I’ll help you through the guide. It’s simple. You need to write as much as possible about things that are bothering you, making you sad and tired. I’m with you. Start writing now. Take your pen and paper and write. Write down everything. Just write.
Take a breath and start. Take a deep breath and exhale. Repeat: Inhale and exhale.
Your sadness, pain, a feeling of failure must be written down. You must write down everything. It’s okay if you don’t read the whole guide now. You can read it later. Just write. You can write down anything. Just be discrete. Don’t write down personal details about yourself or anyone else. I recommend not writing down the following details: last names, dates of birth, names, bank s, s, copies of documents. Don’t write down situations that could cause future harm.
Write Down Everything
Write and release sadness, uncomfortable feelings, fear, emptiness, worries, depression, despair, helplessness, guilt, dissatisfaction, loneliness, disappointment, anger, hatred, unfulfilled love, feeling constrained, underestimated self-sacrifice, feeling of loss, health problems, unhappiness, tragic and traumatic memories, unpleasant thoughts, fatigue, insomnia, low selfconfidence, memories of failure, career loss, feeling of needlessness, anorexia, anxiety, nervousness, lack of motivation, indecision, joylessness, negative thoughts, humiliation, and mockery.
Write down everything that causes you any pain or anger, weakens you, or takes away your strength. Write about everything you don’t want in your life anymore. Your first task is to write as much as possible from yourself.
Your Writing Can Be
Rude, sad, angry, empty, angry, jealous, hateful, offensive, envious, hurtful. Feel free to write down anything. We need to release the information cramp. You can cry if you want to. Crying is medicine while you write your release on a paper. Cry and then continue writing. Just write down everything you have to. Don’t wait. Get rid of it!
I feel you. I know it’s not easy. You can do it! I know it. Write it all down. If you don’t know how to start, write about yourself and where you come from.
How is your life? How was your life like before? Do you anything nice? How did it make you feel? Did you like it? When did it all fall apart? What happened?
Write it down. Describe the situation. I know it’s hard now, but writing will help you. Your brain will react and help you to write about things you don’t want to write about and in detail. I’m sure you can do it. It’s simple. Let’s do it together. Write. Write. Write.
Is writing not your thing? Draw it. Paint it. Paint, draw, scratch. Just do it. Write or paint it all out of you.
Put aside the guide and write. Once you’re done, keep scrolling down.
Take a break. Relax.
Smile
Smile and laughter are the best medicines. Don’t forget to laugh. Laugh a lot. It’s medicine. Have a wide smile at this guide. Well done. Smile is your medicine.
If you feel tired, relax. Take a break. You’ll write later. Go for a walk, but not far away. It’s enough to step out of your house and just look around. Listen to the sounds of your surroundings, street, and the everyday lives of people and animals. Experience life’s smells. Perceive yourself. You have enough strength and energy. You can cope with this situation. You have a goal, faith, hope, strength, and bravery. You can do it. Try to smile. Just a little. Notice how your body reacts. You are a strong life, and never forget that. Never! Now, scroll up. Go through the guide again and again. Write down everything you need to get out of yourself. Your brain doesn’t need your depression and sadness. Your brain doesn’t need to store your memories of failure. And it doesn’t want to. That’s why it keeps replaying your unpleasant memories. It wants to get rid of them.

Great. I knew you could do it! I believed in you. And I still do. Now, put away the pen and paper. Don’t read what you just wrote down.
What Now?
Crumple up the paper, and throw it away. Far away. Within reach.
You must do it. Your brain needs it. It has to understand that you don’t want those negative and painful thoughts and memories. Away with them! Throw the paper away with strength, hatred, or cry. Just throw it away!
You can do it! You are a strong life. I believe in you. You can do it.
Well done! Smile. And now!
Pick up that paper, and tear it apart.
Tear it into small pieces, and release your feelings. Tear.
Tear it into small parts. Be angry and scream. Tear! Tear that shit apart. You don’t want it; your brain must understand that. Enough! You’re done with disappointment, pain, failure, loss, or hatred. Tear it apart. Throw the pieces into a bin. Those are bullshit! You don’t want them. Neither your brain nor you want them. Throw it away! Throw it out and win! Can you feel the victory? Throw it out!
Tear up the paper, and throw it out!
Great. I’ll wait for you. And now, your pain is in the garbage. Your brain needs to understand. Everything is in the garbage. It’s done.
Say something nice to yourself.
Caress your shoulder and give yourself a kiss. You can kiss your shoulder or hand. Caress yourself. Give yourself a hug. You are a strong life. You can do it!
Okay, and now, make tea. If you can, wash your face with clean water. Wash your face and hands.
Wash Yourself
with water is a signal to the brain that you want to live healthfully. Our brain loves water. The human body consists of 72 per cent water. Once we touch water, our brain evaluates it as life and success. That’s also a reason rich and successful people have swimming pools and are surrounded by water. Do you understand? Wash yourself. If possible, take a shower. That’s the best.
A Twenty-Minute Shower
A twenty-minute shower helps. You also have to wash your hair. Set your alarm clock, and take a shower. The temperature of the water should be pleasant for the body so that you don’t feel too cold or too hot. Simply set the water temperature that makes you feel good.
Hold on for twenty minutes. It takes seventeen minutes for the brain to understand that you really don’t want anything from what you thrown into the garbage. At first, your brain will try to remind you what used to afflict you. Water is a great helper in telling the brain to cooperate. Keep washing yourself as long as you can, until body pressure is released. We found out that twenty minutes in the shower should be enough. For some people, thirty minutes are needed. That’s up to everyone, and you can decide freely. Twenty minutes, however, should really be enough. Excellent. After the shower, have a cup of your favourite tea. Relax. Be happy that what was bothering you is in the garbage. It’s out of you; it’s in the garbage. Have a good sleep if possible. If you want to cry, cry. Then try to have a good sleep. You will continue tomorrow. Stop reading the guide now if possible. Close it, and we’ll go through it again tomorrow. You’ll read through the guide once again and understand more than you did today. Trust me; I trust you. If you can’t wait, take at least an hour break. Give it a try. Your brain needs a break, and the guide won’t run away.
Relax
Hi! How do you feel? Is it better? A little bit better? It’s a great feeling. I know it it was a load off my mind, and it felt great to write everything down, throw it away, and tear up what I didn’t want in my life. Throw it into the garbage. And that shower afterwards! Amazing state of mind and great feeling. Is it better? Is it a bit easier?
Try to Smile, Technically
Smiles are connected with our brains. Smiling stimulates the trigeminal nerve which affects our mental condition. A wide smile is like a brain exercise. Now let’s exercise a little with our eyes. Try to look from left to right just with your eyes. Don’t move your head. Keep it straight, and look to the left and right using just your eyes. Once left, once right. And smile. Keep smiling. Relax your face. Can you feel how your face congested? If not, it’s okay. Try it every day for at least thirty seconds, and you’ll soon feel relief. Okay, let’s get back to the guide.
Ten Days
For the next ten days, your task is to write down everything you don’t want. If possible, write at the same time every day. It doesn’t have to be the exact minute but at least an approximate time. It’s important to write everything you don’t want for ten consecutive days. The brain needs at least eight days to get relief and rid of the hidden layers of information cramps. Write, write, throw it away, and tear. Write and tear ten days in a row. Do not read the list after writing. It doesn’t matter that you repeat the sentences. Write them again and again if necessary. Write and tear. And then take a shower again, make tea, relax, sleep well. Ten days in a row. Do you when I wrote at the beginning how long it takes to recover from surgery? A few days. This is just like surgery. We’ll open the memory and need at least ten days to heal. Don’t think about what you write. Don’t read it after writing. When you read it, you tell your brain you want all of it. But you don’t want it. Therefore, never read it. Write and throw away the paper, and then tear it to pieces. In this way, all the bad—disappointment, sense of failure, fear—won’t appear in your life. The brain will understand. In case your memories are specifically hard to process, you will have to use the guide for twenty-one days. Sometimes the brain needs that long to understand what you really don’t want.
Warning! Curiosity Restores Desire
Do you understand? Curiosity is a signal to the brain that you want something. But you don’t want the bad. So exhibit no curiosity about it. It can be hard at the beginning, and you will have to exercise it. Train the brain not to be curious about illness, evil, or hatred. You don’t want it. Practice. If you find yourself still thinking about some unpleasant things, write them down. Write and tear for ten or twenty-one days. After one cycle, take a break for at least thirty days. Then you’ll see what is still coming back and what your brain released. In the case of returning thoughts, the brain is keeping these, and you have to write them down again. Analyse in more details; think about everything. It doesn’t matter if the sentences are not in chronological order; this is not a letter. Let it be. Write down stupid things or nice things. Write and tear! Great.
How Often Should the Guide Be Repeated?
As often as you need. You can always come back to it when you need it. Don’t forget about specialists either. It’s possible to combine the guide with other therapies. What if something is especially difficult to process, and you can’t seem to persuade your brain, even after repeating the exercise five times? Then I have a solution for you.
There is a superior guide. One that’s stronger. However, without any preparation, it’s very difficult. It can be handled if you are not fit, but I warn you, it’s very powerful. Many people went through it in my country. They’ve been training for years. The results are stable, but it’s very powerful. It requires more information to understand. It’s an education you don’t get at university. Do you ? I mentioned that I’m an expert on human unconsciousness. That means I have discovered methodologies and techniques that will take you to deeper layers of the brain. But that’s a new topic. It denies many things you know. I won’t explain it in this guide because it requires more reading and understanding. It’s a guide for advanced s—and brave ones. I’ve conducted research on the brain, genetics, cognitive processes, and unconsciousness. And I succeeded. were scared of this game and methodology which could help. They were scared because it affects the trigeminal nerve, and thus, it’s working. Your brain will reward you with peace in mind and body. Anything that was concerning you will be weakened. You will receive new energy into your life and strength that you need so much.

My name is Ildikó, and I’m an author of methodologies for the development and rehabilitation of human central nervous system (CNS) functions that are determined by genetics. I’m a woman and mother who discovered a system of important cognitive processes through my gift of perception. Once we properly apply rules in our brains given by genetics, we can effectively help ourselves in our lives. It might seem unusual, but I have dealt with the topic of unconsciousness my whole life. I have a gift for noticing things that others don’t. I work as a mentor, coach, researcher, and sometimes as an innovator. But at this point, I am the person who is here with you. Let me give you a helping hand. If you feel disappointed, anxious, or sad, or you carry your pain inside, I’m here. I’m here for you. This guide saves lives. With pleasure in my heart, I offer it to you. It’s a simple and quick guide. Help is stable and effective. Other guides are incomplete and incorrect. You need to know the right steps to take, and that’s what motivated me to share Write and Tear. The guide has its own rules, and change can come very quickly. However, there is no change without pain. This positive change is like surgery in a hospital. You know there will be pain after surgery. You know all wounds must be healed, and you know it will take time. Despite knowing all of this, you willingly put your health in doctors’ hands, and they are trying to help you. You also try luck; we all try luck. We believe and we try.
Introduction
We all have our own stories. We live our lives the best we can. But there are moments when we don’t succeed. Our dreams, wishes, and nice thoughts are replaced by disappointment. Despite our efforts and the ions we put into our lives, we also experience pain. We carry remorse that does not let our hearts sleep. We try to start from the beginning, but often our pasts and unpleasant memories catch up with us before we even start. And that hurts. We know we must move forward and be happy. But it’s not possible all the time. Then we have questions.
• How? • How long? • What should I do? • When it will end? • Can I start again?
Where can I find strength and energy?
• Will I experience love? • Will I forget or forgive?
We ask ourselves these questions because it’s something we need to do. We have to live differently, so we ask ourselves how to do so.
Who Am I?
My name is Ildikó Csὅlle. I am a mother, writer, and private researcher. I’m from Slovakia, Europe. I am involved in research and decryption of human unconsciousness. I am an expert on the manifestations of stimulus processes. Although I am basically unknown, knowledge of my work is spreading at the speed of light all over the world. In small ways, I am changing the world. Evidence of this is Write and Tear. This guide has changed the lives of thousands. Even though this work is being copied quickly, the author is still considered unknown. However, I am here. Read my story, and try my guide. It has helped me a lot. To be honest, it has brought me back to my feet. I use it every time I feel dissatisfied, and it always helps. Every time.
We Want to Be Happy and Healthy after We Heal
First, we need to feel the pain for our wounds to heal. This guide helps you to cope with it easier. You just need to follow the given steps exactly. We have to endure the pain. It’s like a phantom pain of our mental health. Pain is triggered by a memory. Long-forgotten information-cramps appear in our bodies. Emotion. We need to rid that emotion, pain, and information cramp from our thinking. The successes and strengths of this guide are given by its results. It can reduce emotional pain by 65 per cent within ten days. The pain is relieved after the first application by 10 per cent. You’ll feel relaxed. It’s possible to have a complete emotional balance by being persistent. You will learn it is possible to cope with a bad situation or experience and the pain, wounds, sadness, grief, or helplessness that we feel.
How do I know?
This guide saved my life. It helped me to overcome difficult situations. I wouldn’t be alive if I hadn’t invented it. I owe my life to it. The guide also saved the lives of many others who were told about it. It brought significant changes in the lives of many of my friends. It’s so simple that many people don’t believe it’s really working. First, they think it can’t work. Then once they realize it’s working, they don’t understand why it’s unknown to much of the world. They motivated me to write this guide and share it with the world. I decided to share this easy tutorial with you as it can quickly and effectively put your thoughts in order, including how to deal with pain, sadness, and despair. You will be able to move forward in your life more quickly than you might have thought.
How Does It Work?
The information in this guide directly affects the cognitive processes in the human brain. It stimulates the part of the brain that has to work. If the process is not working correctly, our brains receive so-called information cramps.
What Is an Information Cramp?
“Information cramp” is the name for a phenomenon that directly affects the human nervous system. It’s about overloading our brains with stimuli and information. I named this phenomenon in 2010, and I believe it is a good name for us ordinary people. Overloading the brain with information affects everyone, whether someone is sixteen or seventy-eight years old. Moreover, it also affects younger children. We live in a technical and media age, where information constantly affects us through media, Internet, advertising, mobile phones, laptops, and your social life, family, and friends. Our brains are exposed to a huge amount of information every day from human-made devices, for example, Wi-Fi and satellite communications. Our brains are under constant pressure because of these technological and communication innovations. And such pressure is the cause of the information cramp.
The information cramp evolves in our brain. To be more precise, in the neocortex. That’s where our thoughts, memories, and experiences are recorded. Followed by our dreams and hopes. We can imagine the process like this. Your brain is forced to receive a million pieces of information every day which have to be processed. This procedure is based on three principles: receiving information, processing information, and transmitting information. These processes occur automatically in our bodies. The results of these processes appear in one’s mood, sense of satisfaction, and overall health. If the brain performs all three processes correctly, we live a happy life. We feel satisfied and vital. We have nice thoughts, and we talk kindly to other people. We are capable of long-term work without losing energy. We are creative and not afraid of new challenges. In such a state, the brain doesn’t feel any stress or tension. One’s body doesn’t feel tired, and we believe in the future and love. However, overloading with information or devices will put a heavy strain on our brains. Three important brain processes will start to work faster. More information means more reception, more processing, and more transmitting. By accelerating these processes, we increase the internal pressure of the body and brain, creating an informational brain cramp.
Receiving Information
We receive information through our senses—eyesight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. At the same time, we accept our thoughts which we create by thinking. These are also received and stored in the brain as brand-new information.
Processing Information
Information taken into our brains must be processed. Doing so tidies our thoughts and replays memories. It also helps us be happy and healthy. Our brains do this twenty-four hours a day and throughout our lives. The brain never sleeps.
Transmitting Information
Once the information is processed, it gets ed on. That’s how we communicate. That’s our speech, an activity we perform if we want to. As our brain processes information, we talk accordingly.

In case our brain has failed to process the information or something is wrong, it increases the pressure in our body. It is followed by nervousness, lack of concentration, tension, stress, anger, and fear. These reactions are all automatic. We know them as emotions that either hurt us or bring us joy.

Less information received means less work for our brains.

Too much information received means more work for our brains. More work means the brain consumes more energy. More energy is needed, and the whole system needs to be accelerated. The brain must process the information, and it begins to try. It tries hard, and we feel boosted, as if we were powered by batteries. We talk and work fast. We live fast, we exercise, quickly evaluate, and then we think. This phenomenon is the first signal to our bodies that our brains have more work with the received information. Usually, we are completely exhausted after doing this all day. Our body relaxes for a while. But the next day, the process starts all over again.

In case we have a harder day, our brains receive more information, and the system is boosted. Our brains can’t keep up with the speed. They simply cannot continue to operate at a faster pace. Let’s imagine that we ran from morning until night. How long would our bodies last? Not for long. So instead of processing the information, the brain creates a safety process to store the unprocessed information and data. The brain cannot prevent receiving information, but it can store it. Later, the stored information is taken from the brain’s storage and processed. At least that’s its plan. According to the brain’s plan, if perception of information slows, it takes the stored, unprocessed information. The best time to do it is when it’s quiet all day. Usually, it happens to us if we just sit back and do nothing except relax. Then the brain empties the storage which is often negative information. If we rest regularly, it’s not that difficult for the brain to get rid of stored information. We are calm and only perceive the thoughts that are reflected in us. If we don’t relax regularly, it’s often difficult and painful for us to get rid of the stored data. The worst is to live without relaxing or taking some time off. The same happens if we avoid receiving sensitive information that hurts us. If we continue to refuse such information regularly, it becomes dangerous and creates an information cramp.
Information cramps also arise from feelings of injustice, misunderstanding, and harm. Examples would be: When we trusted and our trust was broken. When somebody physically humiliated us, and our body suffered from unexpected pain. We believed, but our faith was not fulfilled. We hoped, but never saw the desired result. We fought and lost. Strong emotion is added that stops the brain from processing the information and creates a cramp. The more stops our brain makes, the more pain we have with the specific memory. However, our brain is trying. It regularly replays stored and unprocessed information cramps. Why? Because it must complete the task. It must process information which failed to process and was transformed into an information cramp. That’s why just positive thinking doesn’t help if our memories remain to hurt us. Programming your mind and its subconscious lasts only for a moment. We can soften it by forgiveness and understanding. We realise certain situations and try to forgive ourselves and others. We relax a bit. But the pain is still with us, even though only gently and quietly. The brain must on the pain, but how? How is it done without imposing negative thinking on others? We can’t complain. We can’t talk about our problems in front of other people. There is a common perception that we have to show that we live happy lives. We need to get rid of information cramps. It’s important. If the brain suffers an information cramp for a long time, it evaluates all information as negative. Even the good thoughts are considered threats, and we begin to feel distrust and fear. We react irritably and nervously. We are set to reject. We begin to perceive the world around us with apathy and a general lack of interest. Every word irritates
us. We start living a tired life. This lack of interest is the brain’s reaction to its inability to remove information cramps created by too much information. The brain will try to stop conscious and subliminal reception of information to protect itself. It’s an attempt by the brain to release information consciously so the information cramp which is there is not even more burdened. The effects of the long-term information cramp in our brains are easy to notice. When we are accelerated or too spontaneous, we often change moods or are apathetic. For sure, we live in information cramps, and our brain’s storage unit is already full. Some of us are hot-tempered just because our brain starts to eliminate information we don’t want to have. The information is not processed, and our brains don’t want it. If we are more sensitive and don’t want to act impulsively, the process of transmitting the information is turned towards ourselves. Our mental health is thus in danger and may collapse. Depression, anxiety, and personality disorders are possible results of these information cramps. For some of us, this reversed transmission process settles on our organs, and our bodies become ill. We don’t thrive anymore. Therefore, it is important to release information cramps from our brains and bodies.

I reveal a bit of my story in each of my books. I’m a woman who cannot live with regrets. I’m overwhelmed when others feel sorry for me. It weakens me. I do not apologize for my courage. I would rather stand on my feet a thousand times than not to try luck just once. I look for solutions rather than take chances. Who am I? First, I’m a mother to my twenty-three-year-old son. I’m a widow. My husband and my son’s father died more than eighteen years ago, and since then, my son and I have been on our own. My family has helped me a lot, but I’ve always dealt with the important stuff by myself. It’s not easy to raise a child if you’re a widow. In the European country I am from, the situation is especially difficult. Imagine how much pain I had to hide. I had to be strong and not cry when someone asked me where my husband was and why I was alone. Why didn’t I have a partner? How would I live? Why didn’t I give up on my dream? I should have just given up and made peace with the fact that as a single mom, I didn’t have the right to be happy anymore. I was surviving a quiet hell, which took away my strength and faith. My country was small, and we were just starting to understand the meaning of democracy and freedom. Let’s learn to walk forward. I’m not judging the people who hurt me because they didn’t know how to help themselves. Their hurt hearts were bleeding, and they hurt me too. We learn. Should we just accept the hurt without doing anything? No. I had to find a solution. I had to fight. I was forced to because I had a five-year-old son who needed to feel my love, care, and hope for a better future—for both of us. I believed in all of us, and I believed in my dream. Do you know what my dream was? I dreamt of being a painter. I’ve had a sense for art since I was a small girl. I’ve also sensed life. I could connect stimuli, which only artists and inventors
could connect. I loved the elegance of artistic works. I perceived the world freely and to its fullest. I dreamt about having my own exhibition that would travel all around the world. I dreamt about a day when I would share my point of view of the world with others. I wanted to share the joy I’ve carried in my heart since I was born. I dreamt about a day when I would tell the world that we could do more than we thought.
We can achieve more than we see. We can achieve more than we could hope for at the moment.
What I want to share with the world is that the gift of life is far more important and valuable than we can imagine. Our possibilities are much stronger than our actions, which can sometimes fail. Yes, I dreamt about painting my world so others could see it.
The Truth Was Different
Being a young widow in my country meant facing extreme disgust from society. I was rejected only because I was a widow. It felt like I had leprosy, that I was not clean. I had a child and was too young. Society couldn’t cope with that fact. No could they understand. Such truth was very painful in the society where I lived more than eighteen years ago. Yet, I had a dream. But how could I afford to fulfil it? How could I afford to dream about people’s pure hearts on this planet? As a single mom, I felt worse than anything. Who would want me, a widow with no property and a small child? It hurt. I felt humankind’s potential, but I was being judged and discriminated against because of my circumstances. see me. I had to be brave. I had to hide my grief and sadness. I had to keep smiling. Some people told me, ‘Your son deserves a good and loving mom. Your job is to replace his father and to be a mom who will listen to him and bring him up properly.’ I was supposed to bring him a smile that I couldn’t have. Yes, it hurt. The pain inside me was growing, and so was the information cramp. Then another one. And another one. Gradually. Day after day. Somewhere in my heart, the pain grew in strength, which I had to hide. I couldn’t let others know. They shouldn’t see my pain. That’s what I thought every day. Enough! Until when? How long was I supposed to lie that this quiet, unspoken pain was not bothering me? To be successful, a loving mom. To be a woman who has her dream and wants to fulfil it. Until I could not bear the burden. Until when?
Cheer Up, You Can Do It
You can manage. Then you can live just like you wish. I kept telling myself that every day. You can do it. You have the strength, and you want to live. I lived the American dream in the heart of Europe. I believed in people and knew we could do more than we thought. I’ve had technical thinking since my childhood. I am interested in cognitive processes and human psychological mechanisms in the subconscious, how we think, live, and behave. I’m an expert in genetic psychology, which is not yet very well known to the world. I have stable results in the human psyche. I have written several works, methodologies, and techniques that can stimulate the CNS. I’ve helped people around me all my life. I’ve worked with people since I was sixteen years old. I am a writer in a country that rejects and condemns me for my modern discoveries. I am just a widow and a woman who dares to dream boldly
and believe in the development of humanity. I’ve been a target of physical attacks, humiliation, and violence. Pain. I was torn between life and death. Despite this, I was convinced I could believe in the rebirth of people’s pure hearts.
How I Overcame Such Disappointments
Fights, attacks, humiliation on the Internet and bullying. My ideas and innovations were in the hands of people who didn’t know that the first idea, the first page, was handwritten by me. It hurt when they neither credited me nor thanked me for my contributions. Do you know why they didn’t? Because those who profited from my ideas knew that I was just a woman, a widow with a child who didn’t have a strong man behind her. It hurt. It hurt a lot. I know what it’s like to be a woman, and what it feels like to be thrown away and used. Injustice. The feeling of a cramp that didn’t let me sleep. The word “injustice” takes energy from us, especially the realisation that we live in injustice. It takes from us the hope and faith in the future. I’m not the only one living with injustice. Many have the same fate. I know it, and that hurts me even more.
We help people who don’t thank us afterwards. We give them hope, which they don’t realize.
How can we endure it? Hide? Carry the pain and secrets inside us? How long? How do we change our thinking? Look up, straighten your back. Cheer up. You can do it. How? Our thoughts are mingled, so how do we know which one is the most painful memory? My thoughts are mixed with those filled with hope, yet they are still painful. How?
Forgiveness was not enough. It’s never been enough. Meditation helped for a while, maybe two or three days. However, it wasn’t enough. Physical exercise could help with being okay with your thoughts for a while. It wasn’t enough. I needed something technical, understandable, and neutral for details of my life. I needed to get involved in my business, earn money, love my son and family, and have faith in love and the future. Have faith in life’s meaning. I had to find the correct cognitive process that is aligned with our genetics. I needed to discover a process that would help me start the healing process of my thoughts, memories, and pain in a way that wouldn’t cost me my strength. We shouldn’t replace our thoughts for different ones. We should be able to know and situations without any pain. I didn’t want other people to sense my pain. Enough. I wished for a change, not forgetting. I didn’t want my strength taken away. I couldn’t change the past, but I needed to be strong, brave, and free for the future. My prayers brought answers. I focused on cognitive processes, and I created a guide. Then I tried it. I made it increasingly easier and more effective. I worked on the details and tried it again. You should try it too. Make sure you stick to the guide for ten days. You should endure the pain after the “surgery”, and repeat until the pain goes away. Hold on, and the results will come. I managed. Others who were given the guide managed as well. The goal is to get rid of the information cramps in our brains so that we can be healthier, more successful, happier, and more creative.
Let’s Start
Take a break. Prepare. Try not to be disturbed by others. You will need at least one hour of your time, although thirty minutes can help as well. You decide how long you use the guide. Make sure you have a pen or pencil. Whatever you have. Gather lots of paper or a notepad for writing. Pour a glass of water, or another beverage of choice, and if
you’re thirsty, take a drink. And tissues in case you cry. Put your phone in the silent mode. You don’t have to turn it off completely, but it shouldn’t disturb you at the first sound. Then set the topic. Focus on the topic that hurts you. For example,

Is your topic different? Define it, and think about your source of pain. When did the problem start? Think. Think about a person who was with you in a given situation. Think. How long have you felt the pain? Think. How long have you believed improvement isn’t possible? Think. Now start writing. Leave this guide open, so it’s close to you and your paper. Read it step by step while writing.
Don’t skip pages. You can do it. Follow the guide, and trust me, you can.

Start
Write, write, write.
This guide is for you. Now you can do it. I know you can. I’ll help you through the guide. It’s simple. You need to write as much as possible about things that are bothering you, making you sad and tired. I’m with you. Start writing now. Take your pen and paper and write. Write down everything. Just write.
Take a breath and start. Take a deep breath and exhale. Repeat: Inhale and exhale.
Your sadness, pain, a feeling of failure must be written down. You must write down everything. It’s okay if you don’t read the whole guide now. You can read it later. Just write. You can write down anything. Just be discrete. Don’t write down personal details about yourself or anyone else. I recommend not writing down the following details: last names, dates of birth, names, bank s, s, copies of documents. Don’t write down situations that could cause future harm.
Write Down Everything
Write and release sadness, uncomfortable feelings, fear, emptiness, worries, depression, despair, helplessness, guilt, dissatisfaction, loneliness, disappointment, anger, hatred, unfulfilled love, feeling constrained, underestimated self-sacrifice, feeling of loss, health problems, unhappiness, tragic and traumatic memories, unpleasant thoughts, fatigue, insomnia, low selfconfidence, memories of failure, career loss, feeling of needlessness, anorexia, anxiety, nervousness, lack of motivation, indecision, joylessness, negative thoughts, humiliation, and mockery.
Write down everything that causes you any pain or anger, weakens you, or takes away your strength. Write about everything you don’t want in your life anymore. Your first task is to write as much as possible from yourself.
Your Writing Can Be
Rude, sad, angry, empty, angry, jealous, hateful, offensive, envious, hurtful. Feel free to write down anything. We need to release the information cramp. You can cry if you want to. Crying is medicine while you write your release on a paper. Cry and then continue writing. Just write down everything you have to. Don’t wait. Get rid of it!
I feel you. I know it’s not easy. You can do it! I know it. Write it all down. If you don’t know how to start, write about yourself and where you come from.
How is your life? How was your life like before? Do you anything nice? How did it make you feel? Did you like it? When did it all fall apart? What happened?
Write it down. Describe the situation. I know it’s hard now, but writing will help you. Your brain will react and help you to write about things you don’t want to write about and in detail. I’m sure you can do it. It’s simple. Let’s do it together. Write. Write. Write.
Is writing not your thing? Draw it. Paint it. Paint, draw, scratch. Just do it. Write or paint it all out of you.
Put aside the guide and write. Once you’re done, keep scrolling down.

Crumple up the paper, and throw it away. Far away. Within reach.
You must do it. Your brain needs it. It has to understand that you don’t want those negative and painful thoughts and memories. Away with them! Throw the paper away with strength, hatred, or cry. Just throw it away!
You can do it! You are a strong life. I believe in you. You can do it.
Well done! Smile. And now!
Pick up that paper, and tear it apart.
Tear it into small pieces, and release your feelings. Tear.
Tear it into small parts. Be angry and scream. Tear! Tear that shit apart. You don’t want it; your brain must understand that. Enough! You’re done with disappointment, pain, failure, loss, or hatred. Tear it apart. Throw the pieces into a bin. Those are bullshit! You don’t want them. Neither your brain nor you want them. Throw it away! Throw it out and win! Can you feel the victory? Throw it out!
Tear up the paper, and throw it out!
Great. I’ll wait for you. And now, your pain is in the garbage. Your brain needs to understand. Everything is in the garbage. It’s done.
Say something nice to yourself.
Caress your shoulder and give yourself a kiss. You can kiss your shoulder or hand. Caress yourself. Give yourself a hug. You are a strong life. You can do it!
Okay, and now, make tea. If you can, wash your face with clean water. Wash your face and hands.
Wash Yourself
with water is a signal to the brain that you want to live healthfully. Our brain loves water. The human body consists of 72 per cent water. Once we touch water, our brain evaluates it as life and success. That’s also a reason rich and successful people have swimming pools and are surrounded by water. Do you understand? Wash yourself. If possible, take a shower. That’s the best.
A Twenty-Minute Shower
A twenty-minute shower helps. You also have to wash your hair. Set your alarm clock, and take a shower. The temperature of the water should be pleasant for the body so that you don’t feel too cold or too hot. Simply set the water temperature that makes you feel good.
Hold on for twenty minutes. It takes seventeen minutes for the brain to understand that you really don’t want anything from what you thrown into the garbage. At first, your brain will try to remind you what used to afflict you. Water is a great helper in telling the brain to cooperate. Keep washing yourself as long as you can, until body pressure is released. We found out that twenty minutes in the shower should be enough. For some people, thirty minutes are needed. That’s up to everyone, and you can decide freely. Twenty minutes, however, should really be enough. Excellent. After the shower, have a cup of your favourite tea. Relax. Be happy that what was bothering you is in the garbage. It’s out of you; it’s in the garbage. Have a good sleep if possible. If you want to cry, cry. Then try to have a good sleep. You will continue tomorrow. Stop reading the guide now if possible. Close it, and we’ll go through it again tomorrow. You’ll read through the guide once again and understand more than you did today. Trust me; I trust you. If you can’t wait, take at least an hour break. Give it a try. Your brain needs a break, and the guide won’t run away.
Relax
Hi! How do you feel? Is it better? A little bit better? It’s a great feeling. I know it it was a load off my mind, and it felt great to write everything down, throw it away, and tear up what I didn’t want in my life. Throw it into the garbage. And that shower afterwards! Amazing state of mind and great feeling. Is it better? Is it a bit easier?
Try to Smile, Technically
Smiles are connected with our brains. Smiling stimulates the trigeminal nerve which affects our mental condition. A wide smile is like a brain exercise. Now let’s exercise a little with our eyes. Try to look from left to right just with your eyes. Don’t move your head. Keep it straight, and look to the left and right using just your eyes. Once left, once right. And smile. Keep smiling. Relax your face. Can you feel how your face congested? If not, it’s okay. Try it every day for at least thirty seconds, and you’ll soon feel relief. Okay, let’s get back to the guide.
Ten Days
For the next ten days, your task is to write down everything you don’t want. If possible, write at the same time every day. It doesn’t have to be the exact minute but at least an approximate time. It’s important to write everything you don’t want for ten consecutive days. The brain needs at least eight days to get relief and rid of the hidden layers of information cramps. Write, write, throw it away, and tear. Write and tear ten days in a row. Do not read the list after writing. It doesn’t matter that you repeat the sentences. Write them again and again if necessary. Write and tear. And then take a shower again, make tea, relax, sleep well. Ten days in a row. Do you when I wrote at the beginning how long it takes to recover from surgery? A few days. This is just like surgery. We’ll open the memory and need at least ten days to heal. Don’t think about what you write. Don’t read it after writing. When you read it, you tell your brain you want all of it. But you don’t want it. Therefore, never read it. Write and throw away the paper, and then tear it to pieces. In this way, all the bad—disappointment, sense of failure, fear—won’t appear in your life. The brain will understand. In case your memories are specifically hard to process, you will have to use the guide for twenty-one days. Sometimes the brain needs that long to understand what you really don’t want.
Warning! Curiosity Restores Desire
Do you understand? Curiosity is a signal to the brain that you want something. But you don’t want the bad. So exhibit no curiosity about it. It can be hard at the beginning, and you will have to exercise it. Train the brain not to be curious about illness, evil, or hatred. You don’t want it. Practice. If you find yourself still thinking about some unpleasant things, write them down. Write and tear for ten or twenty-one days. After one cycle, take a break for at least thirty days. Then you’ll see what is still coming back and what your brain released. In the case of returning thoughts, the brain is keeping these, and you have to write them down again. Analyse in more details; think about everything. It doesn’t matter if the sentences are not in chronological order; this is not a letter. Let it be. Write down stupid things or nice things. Write and tear! Great.
How Often Should the Guide Be Repeated?
As often as you need. You can always come back to it when you need it. Don’t forget about specialists either. It’s possible to combine the guide with other therapies. What if something is especially difficult to process, and you can’t seem to persuade your brain, even after repeating the exercise five times? Then I have a solution for you.
