Preface “A wise man should consider that health is the greatest of human blessings, and learn how by his own thought to derive benefit from his illnesses.” ― Hippocrates Occasionally, I am asked how I know what I know about health. The answer is that what I have learned about health is from reading, listening and watching videos about health, as well as talking with other health gurus. However, what has taught me more about health than anything else is from what I’ve experienced myself. Being touched by true, natural health is extraordinary. Being attacked by disease and curing yourself naturally is nearly beyond words because it demonstrates how frail and helpless disease actually is without an environment that is favorable toward it. There are countless stories of those who have fought disease and succumb to it while others have somehow triumphed over the same disease. What these people did that resulted in defeating a dangerous and possibly deadly disease is always of great interest because if one person did it, we can all do it. This is such a story. The Cure for Every Disease Has Been Provided to Us “We cannot command nature except by obeying her.” ~ Francis Bacon Every disease can be cured by the body except for the person who refuses to follow the precepts of nature, which unfortunately turns out to be most of us. I have written extensively about my Health Protocol for several years now, detailing it in my book Achieving Great Health – The Seven Components of Natural Health. It is a Naturalist philosophy and approach to health that is also thematically woven into this book. I often say that I am not instructing people about health as much as reminding them because people intuitively understand that what I teach about health, which is to simply follow nature, is irrefutable. Following the laws of nature always results in health. One of the central precepts of my health protocol is that chronic disease is not inherited through our genes, but rather exclusively stems from living on a diet comprised of cooked and/or processed foods.

Chronic disease is an attack from within that occurs when we create an environment in our body where disease can thrive. Bacterial and viral disease is an attack from the outside that thrives inside a body whose environment is favorable toward it. Neither can survive in a body that is properly hydrated, alkaline, detoxified and whose immune system is strong. Silver Is the Most Valuable Mineral on Earth “Genius without education is like silver in the mine.” ~ Benjamin Franklin Precious metals are amongst the most valuable elements on Earth. Gold is most closely associated with money and its ultimate manifestation: wealth. Platinum is the most valuable metal known; it has become so scarce that it is rarely mined anymore. Silver is the most common metal used in industry. It is the best conductor of electricity. Everything from electronics to appliances requires silver. We use it for our coinage and have made jewelry from it for centuries. Silver is commonly used in water purification throughout the world, reducing the need for harmful chemicals such as chlorine. Carbon filters have silver combined (impregnated) with the carbon in order to reduce bacterial growth on the carbon.[2] Municipalities in the United States use silver in their sewage treatment plants to lower bacterial counts for their discharge water.[3] The Russian space program has used silver to sterilize their recycled waste water since the 1970’s. The Russians have always been practical about working in space and silver is an excellent example of that.[4] However, silver’s most valuable use is that it is the element that stands between us and all infectious disease. Disease Is a Paper Tiger “Sickness is mankind’s greatest defect.” ~ G. C. Lichtenberg Disease is an opportunistic thug, forever searching for a chance to invade, spread and thrive within unsuspecting hosts. When we acidify our body by living on a diet of cooked and/or processed foods that are acidic, oxidized and void of true nutrients we create an environment within our body that is conducive to disease

of every kind, both chronic and infectious. When we become sick we know that we are acidic and toxic because disease thrives in an acid environment and it lives on toxins, substances that do not perform any function in the body and therefore do not belong in it. When we create an environment within ourselves that is unfavorable toward disease it cowers and scampers away like the paper tiger it truly is. Hell Week: My Story “Sickness sensitizes man for observation, like a photographic plate.” ~ Edmond de Goncourt The pain started on the top of my head and felt as though I had gotten a head pimple. It ached terribly and my neck was stiff as though I’d had a poor night’s sleep. Within a day, it moved down my neck and slid deeper into my shoulders, tightening those muscles. Pain soon throbbed in my lower legs, rising slowly into my thighs. I had run the previous day and thought at first I had sore muscles because of it. However, I was in good shape at the time so it was difficult to believe that I had gotten sore muscles from a typical four mile run that I do daily. Over the next several days the pain worsened to nearly incapacitate me. I had little appetite. I often massaged my legs, neck and shoulders, which did little to assuage my suffering. By the fifth day, I could barely walk. I am a raw foodist[5] and a huge promoter of Ionized Water[6], chlorella and Spirulina.[7] People regularly come to me for health consultations and have been doing so for years. I was the first person to have a daily radio show dedicated to the naturalist philosophy of health and the raw food lifestyle.[8] At the time of my illness I was finishing my dissertation required to become a Naturopathic Doctor (ND). And here I was nearly crippled. I had no clue what was happening to me and it was getting worse, first by the day, then by the hour. Some health guru I was. I thought I had somehow been poisoned, either by heavy metals or herbicides/pesticides, possibly from a poor-sighted neighbor who had mistakenly sprayed my garden crop. I used diagnostic websites, paged endlessly through my diagnostic health books, found few possibilities and none that exactly fit the description of what was a devastating me.

The pain in my shoulders and legs was excruciating at times, particularly in the morning when I first woke. I was nearly incapacitated that time of day, barely able to stand when I first got out of bed. Walking was forced upon me like someone who was being asked to stroll through hot coals. My legs became gripped, frozen with tightness and deep pain. By the end of the week I had improved, although it took three more days for it to completely subside. It was a 10-day ordeal in its entirety, which I got through it by fasting, consuming spirulina, chlorella, raw juices and drinking lots of Ionized Water. I took plenty of angstrom minerals that week as well. I still didn’t know what had made me so incredibly sick. I had never been through anything like that in my life. It was easily the most debilitating illness I had ever faced. Being who I am, a health guru, the last thing I wanted to do is go to a doctor for help, although a blood analysis would have been useful so at least I would have known what had shattered me. ittedly, I was overconfident about my immune abilities to stave off infectious disease, which is why I didn’t believe that I was being manhandled by the ravages of a pathogen. I am certain beyond any doubt the average person would have gone to the emergency room, and they probably should have. I am one who insists that any health adversity can be addressed and successfully overcome naturally. Only injuries should be attended to by physicians for the truly health-minded person. Six months later these same symptoms returned while on a trip to China. I had endured a 16-hour flight to Hong Kong and was not getting proper rest because of the 12-hour time difference. By the time I took the next two flights from Hong Kong to Hainan Island to visit a spirulina factory my immune defenses had been significantly lowered. I shivered to think I was going to go through it again, this time in a foreign country. My neck turned to wood as it stiffened and my legs soon ached exactly as they had before. My first realization was that I had not been poisoned after all, but rather infected with a virus or bacteria. The puzzle pieces from that summer fit together to reveal the portrait of a pathogen culprit, the mask suddenly fallen from its face. This time I had the cure with me and it was not just by chance. I believe that it was so I could tell the world of what would become my story of success against disease and that my story could also become anyone’s story.

My wife was in Taiwan where she’d been sick with a cold for over a week before I traveled to China. I told her I would bring a treatment with me when we met in Hong Kong that worked for her, then became a life saver for me. When I arrived I gave the cure to my wife. At the time, she had already recovered 40% of the way from the worst of her bout. The following day, 12 hours after taking the cure, her coughing had stopped and her nose was completely unstuffed. When I asked how she felt, she smiled: “My cold is completely gone.” The affliction that returned to me in China came on strong and rapidly. Obviously, I had never completely rid it from my body after its first appearance during the summer. And now, with the opportunistic certitude of all disease, it had returned because it could, and it did because my immune defenses had been lowered by exhausting travel. A long trip with little sleep weakens the immune system, as does flying at high altitudes. In my case, the pathogen that lived within me awoke, proliferated and was about to cripple me again. The muscles in my legs began to tighten exactly as they had that summer. They ached and were tender, even after massaging them. A red blemish appeared on my lower right leg about three inches above my ankle. It resembled a large pimple and was extremely sensitive to the touch. It felt like a cramped, throbbing muscle. I rolled a glass against it and it did not disappear, an indication that it was serious.[9] Soon small, red pimples began appearing all over my legs, as they had in the summer. When I woke the following morning my condition had deteriorated significantly. The painful sore on my leg had worsened. It was enlarged and throbbed. Climbing stairs was a challenge, as though my legs had quietly been filled with lead while I slept. My hellish summer illness had returned and now was about to undermine an important and long anticipated business trip. And I felt helpless to do anything about it. The Cure istered “You must travel it yourself.” ~ Walt Whitman When it attacked me again in China the only thing I could think to take that

could possibly help at this point was Angstrom Silver. After what I had given my wife for her cold I only had half an ounce left, less than two capfuls. I took one capful (1 teaspoon) of liquid Angstrom Silver. Shortly after I finished the first teaspoon of Angstrom Silver I felt that whatever was attacking had stopped proliferating. Within three hours I felt substantially better so I took another half capful of Angstrom Silver hoping to knock it out once and for all. My strategy worked. Five hours after taking Angstrom Silver my symptoms began to reverse. My legs stopped aching, as did my neck and shoulders. The pimples on my legs soon began receding, as did the large sore above my ankle. I was truly amazed, as well as a little embarrassed that I had not considered my problem could be an infectious disease when I had gotten sick that summer. When you become arrogant about being impervious to disease you had better know your trade well or be prepared to have a shot glass of humility forced down your throat. It just didn’t seem possible that me - of all people - could possibly be crippled by a powerful illness like anyone else, like the average person who lives on a cooked food diet, not someone who strives every day of his life to be healthier than he was the day before. The suffering I encountered during the summer was intense and unrelenting. So many thoughts ran through my mind during that week. I experienced what someone who is entirely unenlightened about health must feel when they go through the kind of pain I did that week. At times, I felt completely helpless, as I’m sure anyone who is profoundly sick must feel. Like them, I was entirely lost as to what I could do other than seek medical attention, but I refuse to put myself in the cold, uncaring, ineffective hands of allopathic medicine. The medical profession ought to concentrate its resources on providing emergency care for injuries and trauma cases because it is essentially useless when it comes to finding cures for chronic and infectious disease. In fact, their scientifically-based “healing” methods invariably result in quite the opposite by prolonging the ailment, sometimes indefinitely. Since I rarely get sick with a cold or flu I had never used Angstrom Silver by itself, although it was a small portion of the angstrom mineral blend I take daily since silver helps protect the nervous system, stimulates bone-forming cells and promotes the healing of damaged soft tissues, including the skin. By taking the Angstrom Silver that day I learned a tremendous lesson, in fact several of them. Trying to be the healthiest person I can possibly be, my life has

become nothing less than an endless procession of lessons on health. Here was one of the biggest and best lessons I would ever learn. And I knew that I would be able to spread the word about the power of Angstrom Silver with authority because I had actually experienced it firsthand. I knew now without a doubt that a bacteria or virus had attacked me both times because the symptoms were identical and when I consumed the Angstrom Silver in China the pathogen soon receded from my body. There is no possibility of a placebo effect given the severity of the illness, the damage and pain inflicted on my body and how immediately the symptoms subsided after taking the first teaspoon of Angstrom Silver. Without a blood test I will never be certain of exactly what it was, but from my research since then I believe it was a form of viral meningitis, which is sometimes spread by mosquitoes. I would recommend that you always get a blood analysis if possible so you know what you’re dealing with. I consumed the remainder of the liquid Angstrom Silver the following day, taking less than 1/8 teaspoon, holding it under my tongue for as long as possible for optimal absorption. I relished the last drop the following morning knowing it had given me my health back, not to mention my trip to China. I knew then that what had happened to me, first in the summer and then in China, was so I could write about my experience and tell anyone who would listen that the world’s endless plagues of infectious diseases should never again be feared because of a metallic mineral called silver and the angstrom form it can be safely and effectively consumed in. How Silver Kills Pathogens “Nature always sides with a hidden flaw.” ~ Murphy’s Ninth Law Scientists have debated for years as to precisely how silver kills viruses and bacteria. One theory suggests that silver suffocates them, while another proposes that silver blocks their oxygen-carrying enzyme systems. While this is a possible theory for bacteria, yeast, and fungi, all of which silver kills, it doesn’t explain the destruction of viruses since they don’t possess enzymes and they don’t breathe. A more plausible theory is that the electrical valence charge of silver particles

causes the pathogens’ protective protein coat, or “head”, to collapse, destroying its DNA, which does not allow it to replicate.[10] There is also evidence that silver destroys the pathogen’s cell wall. As a Croatian study demonstrates, "The results confirmed that the treated E. coli cells were damaged, showing formation of “pits” in the cell wall of the bacteria, while the silver nanoparticles were found to accumulate in the bacterial membrane." [11] Even if none of these theories are correct the important thing is that silver kills all viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold and fungus species. The End of Infectious Disease as We Know It “Nothing astonishes men more than common sense and plain dealing.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson The Plague of Athens broke out in Greece during the Peloponnesian War in 430 BC and killed one third of Athens’ population; Ancient Rome suffered the Antonine Plague, AD 165–180, which killed five million; the Plague of Cyprian, AD 250, and the Plague of Justinian, 541–542 AD, were due to a bacterium known as Yersinia pestis. The same bacterium killed 75 million people in Europe, half the population, in less than 4 years and became known as the Black Death. There have been pandemics throughout China dating from BC 243. As written history became more common, the record revealed that there have been plagues virtually every year in cities and villages throughout China, evidence that it has experienced hundreds, perhaps thousands of plagues of various strength and duration through the centuries. The Spanish Flu of 1918, a strain of virus known as H1N1, spread globally killing at least 50 million people in less than two years. Over decades, this strain evolved into a variant strain of H1N1 known as SARS[12] that returned in 2009 and again in 2010 and had most of Asia in a state of near-panic for more than a year. Malaria, caused by a parasite found in mosquitoes, infects more than 500 million people worldwide each year. The smallpox virus has killed millions. Salmonella, tetanus, Staphylococcus, Syphilis, Streptococcus, Tuberculosis, E. coli are some of the deadliest infectious diseases in the world. Lyme disease (Borrelia burgdorferi) infects 30,000 and kills at least 1000 people each year in

the United States alone. Collectively, infectious disease causes 300 million illnesses and 5 million deaths worldwide each year.[13]

First identified in 1980, AIDS, caused by the virus HIV, has killed more than 35 million people as of 2012, although Hepatitis C, a sexually transmitted virus, kills more people each year than AIDS.[14] “[Using silver] eight people recovered from the AIDS virus in a scientifically documented study. An additional seven AIDS patients recovered as verified by anecdotal reports”.[15] Other studies have reached similar conclusions.[16] Silver has also been used successfully to fight the smallpox virus.[17] Anyone within reach of a sufficient amount of Angstrom Silver could have prevented any of these infectious diseases since silver is the natural antagonist of viruses and bacteria.[18] Building a Fortress Within “Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease.” ~ Hippocrates Consuming Angstrom Silver has the ability to immediately stop the progression of the disease in its tracks if you are already infected with a pathogen. How quickly and effectively Angstrom Silver works to kill pathogens will certainly depend on the strength or weakness of your immune system, which s for why two people can be exposed to the same pathogen and one is capable of surviving while the other might succumb to it. If your immune system is strong the killing action of the silver can often be immediate. However, if you live on a diet comprised mostly of junk food, processed food, fast food, frozen food and/or microwaved food that is void of nutrition it could take a very long time for the silver to work because there is nothing to back up its killing action in the way of antibodies and other immune responses because that person’s immune system is almost nonexistent. I pride myself on having a strong immune system. I accomplished this by living on a plant-based, vegan diet of mostly raw fruits and vegetables for 12 years. And during those years, I have only gotten the flu four times, which is an

improvement over getting it two or three times a year before I became a raw food vegan. It is a difficult and lengthy process to build an active, dynamic, resilient immune system. It is next to impossible to build one in a person who rarely consumes the nutrients that are required to do so. There is no doubt that my quick recovery from the pathogenic attack in China was due to the fact I have a strong immune system. ittedly, most people would not have the immediate success taking Angstrom Silver that I did. A healthy immune system will immediately begin producing the antibodies that are required to fight any pathogen that is attacking it. An immune system that is weak and pale from years of dehydration and poor diet will not be able to defend itself against such attacks because its antigen identification system is almost nonexistent. If the immune system can’t identify antigens it can’t produce the appropriate antibodies to fight the disease that is attacking it. The basis of health and having a strong immune system is that we must constantly hydrate, alkalize and detoxify the body. However, it is important to note that once you have an infectious disease any attempts to fortify the immune system to fight the pathogen will do little to help. It is akin to running out to buy a fire extinguisher when your house is engulfed in flames. Boron, copper, gold, platinum, selenium, zinc are all minerals that are required for a strong immune system. There are foods that we can eat that can help improve our immune system, however you must eat them on a regular basis for them to be effective. Like all foods, they only provide nutrition to the body when consumed in their raw form. Cooking raw fruits and vegetables destroys the all-important enzymes and chemically scrambles the food so it is no longer resembles what it was before it was cooked. Here is a list of some of the most powerful immune system building foods: Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF Chlorella Extract) has a high concentration of amino acids, amino peptides, glycoprotein, the vitamin B-complex and other vitamins, glutathione resembling substances, immune polysaccharides, phytohormones, nucleopeptides, nucleic acids (RNA/DNA). Ginger has the immune building chemicals shogaols and gingerols.[19] Garlic contains an immune building chemical called allicin. Garlic also has antimicrobial qualities. [20] Onions contain the immune building chemicals allyl propyl disulfide and

quercetin.[21] Turmeric contains an immune building chemical called curcumin, [22] which also has powerful anti-cancer properties. Reishi, Mitaki and Shiitake mushrooms contain the immune builder beta-glucan, a polysaccharide. [23] Ashwagandha, Astragalus, Echinacea, Gynostemma and Yarrow are all herbal immune builders. It is best to consume herbal extracts that have concentrated active chemicals if your goal is to obtain the desired health effects from the herb. For instance, the lactones (24%) and terpenes (6%) are extracted from Ginkgo biloba, giving it the name Ginkgo 24/6. Consuming herbal powers and teas that are not extracted are not strong enough to be effective immune builders. Ending the Rein of the Cillins “For every problem there is a solution that is simple, clean and wrong.” ~ H.L. Mencken Alexander Fleming is credited with the discovery of penicillin[24] in 1928. Thus began the era of antibiotics, which means “against life”. Antibiotics diminish the health of the body by destroying all bacteria throughout it, both beneficial and harmful. Most antibiotics are mycotoxins, poisonous substances produced by certain fungi that are capable of causing disease and even death in both humans and animals if consumed in large enough quantities. Taken in small amounts they kill microorganisms within the body, primarily the blood and digestive tract. When penicillin was first introduced it was lauded as one of the greatest miracle cures in human history, thus giving rise to what I refer to as the Cillins, the mighty toxins that brings death to all bacteria that live within us. Besides the fact that they are toxic and therefore harmful to the digestive tract, the biggest problem with antibiotics is that the bacteria they are designed to kill quickly evolve and become resilient to each successive antibiotic strain, which creates superbugs that mutate and become ever more resistant to antibiotics. It wasn’t long before the first antibiotic, penicillin, became obsolete because the bacteria it was designed to fight mutated and became resistant to the chemical toxins in the mold. This is how nature works so as to always protect itself. New antibiotics, or mycotoxin variant strains, were developed to solve this problem. Benzylpenicillin, ampicillin, flucloxacillin, dicloxacillin, methicillin, carbenicillin, ticarcillin, piperacillin and mecillinams to name a few were all

successively developed to combat new, stronger strains of bacteria. Here begins a classic vicious cycle between bacteria and antibiotics. As to who will win in the end my money is on the bacteria that will always find extraordinary ways to survive the poisonous chemicals in mold species.[25] On the other hand, silver kills all pathogens, even superbugs. Pathogens cannot mutate to build up a tolerance to defeat silver’s deadly action any more than we will one day develop an immunity to flying bullets. Antibiotics are far too often prescribed to fight viruses since they are completely ineffective against viruses. Yet when people get sick with the flu they often visit their doctor expecting a cure, or at least the hope of one. Unfortunately, more often than not this comes in the form of a prescription for antibiotics. Medical science has not developed anything that can actually kill a virus. A vaccine is a substance used to stimulate the production of antibodies and provide immunity against a disease, prepared from the agent that causes the disease. Vaccinations to viruses came into use in India as early as 1000 BC. A common practice was to snort the scabs of smallpox victims into the nose in order to become inoculated to the disease. Exposing people to a small amount of a virus in order to inoculate them to it is less science than it is human ingenuity in that a natural way was discovered that could build the body’s defenses against a potentially harmful invader. This is why viruses do not mutate into evermore resilient forms of bacteria which results with the over use of antibiotics. The smallpox vaccine, invented by Edward Jenner in 1796, has been hailed as the most successful immunization event in human history since smallpox has nearly been eradicated from every corner of the Earth. However, sanitation has done far more to prevent the spread of infectious disease than any vaccination. Making a habit of washing the hands is worth a thousand vaccinations against any disease. Today’s vaccinations that are istered to adults and children alike for everything from the flu to the prevention of cervical cancer contain a plethora of toxins, including heavy metals and therefore should be completely avoided.[26] Vaccinations have become intensely controversial, especially since the medical world seems intent on forcing them upon the public through governmental edicts.[27]

However, Angstrom Silver kills all viruses and is a safer alternative to vaccinations. The History of Silver “Silver compounds have been used as medicinal cures for centuries.” ~ Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) Actually, silver has been used to fight bacteria for thousands of years, not just centuries. The Chinese, Egyptians, Druids, Romans and the Greeks used silver to store their water, wine, milk and other liquids to keep it free from spoilage. Herodotus, the Greek philosopher and historian, advocated the use of silver to prevent wound infections. The use of silver chopsticks by Chinese emperors for generations continues today in China’s general population. There’s evidence that silver was used in the Middle Ages to fight the bubonic plague. In the 19th century American West, silver coins were commonly placed inside water containers to prevent bacterial infestation, and also in milk to extend its shelf life. Silver was used as an antiseptic for wounds to prevent infection in both WWI and WWII. Silver tonics have been used for centuries in both Chinese and Ayurvedic medicines for longevity and to prevent infectious disease. The Japanese Ministry of Health has officially encouraged the use of silver in the workplace as a cold and flu preventative since the 1950s. For people who could afford it, surgeons would use silver sutures to close wounds in order to prevent infection dating to Roman times.[28] Silver foil was considered the best infection preventative dressing for wounds during the American Civil War. The eminent surgeon Dr. William Stewart Halstead said of silver for wounds: “I know of nothing which could quite take its place, nor have I known anyone to abandon it who had thoroughly familiarized himself with the technique of its employment.” Despite its consistent mortality rate toward pathogens, silver has never been officially adopted for use or prescribed by the medical community to treat infectious disease. The reason is it that silver is natural and most doctors don’t believe there is scientific evidence, i.e. double-blind studies, that silver effectively kills pathogens. Most doctors are professional scoffers toward any kind of natural cure. A particularly disdainful brand of cynicism toward them exists in the medical community that surely must be inculcated into them while in medical school. I say this because the sentiment is so ubiquitous and

pervasive throughout the medical establishment I am left with no other plausible conclusion. They dismiss and ridicule silver as a medieval treatment for pathogens (in fact it was) while in their next breath cautioning patients on the dangerous, sometimes deadly, side effects of a medication they are prescribing to them. In fact, the U.S. Food & Drug istration (FDA) has openly warned the public against using colloidal silver, insisting there is no scientific evidence or studies that suggest conclusively that colloidal silver is safe and effective.[29] What that means is that no one with the kind of money that the pharmaceuticals companies have has conducted such a study because no one would stand to really profit from it. Ironically, over 80% of the burn centers in the United States use silver sulfadiazine, a silver-based medicinal cream[30] to prevent the infection of an extremely dangerous bacterium known as pseudomonas aeruginosa that appears in nearly all burn patients.[31] One would think of that it might dawn on someone at the American Medical Association that silver might kill pathogens inside the body as well as outside. With the advent of penicillin and other antibiotics silver fell out of favor and was mostly forgotten by the public for over 100 years. For the pharmaceutical companies, antibiotics were far more profitable than colloidal or Angstrom Silver.

The difference between silver ions and silver particles is that silver ions combine with chloride ions to form silver chloride. Ionic silver kills pathogens, although not as effectively as either colloidal or Angstrom Silver. Ionic silver possesses a millivolt (mV) charge that can be measured by using an ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) meter. This demonstrates that ionic minerals are the most effective form of minerals because they have an electrical charge; however, the size of the particle is equally important when it comes to absorption and use by the body. All involve using pure minerals that are added to purified water (reverse osmosis or distillation). The minerals can be placed in the water through electrolysis that binds the water with the minerals through an electrical charge. That purified liquid mineral is then added to purified water to the desired concentration. For instance, Angstrom Silver is most often produced in concentrations of anywhere between 10 – 500 ppm. Angstrom minerals are up to 98% absorbable because of their incredibly small size. Colloidal silver particles remain pure silver suspended in solution. For this reason, if it is important to swallow some bismuth so it can act on the pathogen directly in the stomach. All chronic disease starts in the digestive tract, primarily the colon. Therefore it is imperative that we keep the digestive tract as healthy as possible. Like silver, bismuth is completely safe to consume in angstrom form if taken as prescribed. Probiotics should always be taken 2 – 3 hours after taking bismuth to replenish the intestinal flora. Angstrom Copper also kills pathogens and can be taken internally as well as used externally on cuts, abrasions and wounds. Importance of Fasting When Taking Angstrom Silver “Fasting is the great remedy.

This is particularly true when you are sick, whether with a chronic or infectious disease. Therefore, if you have a cold, flu or any other infectious disease you should stop eating. Minerals also compete when they share a similar weight and number of electrons such as copper and zinc, which is a fraction heavier and has one more electron than copper, making

it difficult for the body to identify exactly which mineral it is. Competing minerals should be taken at least 6 hours apart from one another to avoid being mistakenly absorbed by the body’s cells. This chart shows the compatibility between minerals. The more dissimilar they are in weight and size, and if they are not in the same element group, the more compatible they are and therefore they can be consumed at the same time.
