This contract further certifies that JUAN LUAN is making a venture with ESCLATRAN TRANSPORT SERVICES, and the invested amount shall be used to create a diverse portfolio, most of which will concentrate on the capital expansion. ANNEX A

THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING CONSIDERATIONS: I. PERIOD OF CONTRACT This contract shall be effective from June 30, 2016 to June 29, 2019. II. INTEREST CHARGED A.) The investor JUAN LUNA must be paid due interest charged at the rate of 1.8667% per month or twenty-two point four percent (22.4%) annually of the total amount invested by the investor of ESCLATRAN TRANSPORT SERVICES. The beginning of payment must be made after one (1) month from the date of g this contract. meddle III. CONDITIONS A.) The investor or his/her authorized representative(s), of the business venture or colleagues shall not in any way make use of the assets and interfere with the operations (See Annex B) of ESCLATRAN TRANSPORT SERVICES. B.) The investment collaborator shall be required to present approved updates to the investors on the status of the venture periodically. (See Annex C) III. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT A.) Shall the investor JUAN LUNA decide to withdraw the investment contract, the investor JUAN LUNA is required to give an advance notice of ninety (90) days prior to withdrawing the investment, the withdrawal shall be in writing. B.) The investor is allowed only to withdraw the investment after One Hundred Twenty Days (120) days from the date of g of the contract with a pre-termination fee of twenty-five (25%) percent of the total amount invested. C.) In the event that the company has to be dissolved due to bankruptcy or declared with ing documents that there was no net gain before or after the end of this contract, the investment collaborator shall release the amount of the capital investment except for the thirty (30%) percent interest charge.
