Ma’am; I am writing to formally notify you that I am reg from my position as a staff medical technologist with Laguna Doctors Hospital effective May 30, 2013. I have decided to follow my dream of becoming a Medical Doctor. Currently, I am reviewing for the NMAT examinations. I really need to focus on this examination that is why I made these undertakings very urgent. It is not my sole decision but also a family choice. I do not want to leave LDH with current understaffing that is why I had recruited a Medical Technologist who can take charge and I can say as experienced as mine. I am still looking for a Medical Technologist to complete the slot; this is a mutual cooperation if you would grant my request. I will truly miss my coworkers and friends here, but then I still have to grow on my carrier. Working for LDH has been a great learning experience and I thank you that you welcome me to be part of the institution. I have learned a lot and I wish nothing but a greater success to your institution.
