Life Assurance Team Mr Webster Chikengezha - Managing Director, Nyaradzo Life Assurance Company Prior to ing Nyaradzo, Webster worked for the United Methodist Dental Clinic as an from 1994-2001. He then ed Nyaradzo in August of 2001 as a Marketing Manager and established Nyaradzo Funeral Services in 2003 as the Managing Director. In June 2004 he was transferred to Calundike Exports. Webster became the Group Business and Projects Director in 2006 to 2010 and spearheaded the growth of the business through an expansion programme which saw the birth of 6 fully edged branches in 12 months. Later in 2011 he was transferred to Nyaradzo Funeral Assurance as Managing Director, a position he holds to date. He led the Company to be the top Funeral Assurer in the country for a consecutive two years and now controlling more than 55% of the market share. He managed to take the Company to another level from Funeral Assurance to a Life Company. Webster holds a Bachelor of Business istration Degree with the University of South Africa (UNISA).

Mr Tendayi Kanjanda – General Manager Tendayi has more than 25 years’ experience in pensions and insurance of which more than 10 years were at senior executive level reporting to the Board. He has worked for different organizations that include Old Mutual, Fidelity Life Assurance, Local Authorities Pension Fund, Motor Industry Pension Fund and Mining Industry Pension Fund where he was the Chief Executive Of cer and Principal Of cer for four years. Tendayi holds an MBA degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Applied ing from the Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management ants (CIMA), the Association of Chartered Certi ed ants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and s (ICSA).

Mr Patrick Mhuka – Finance Manager Patrick worked for Delta Corporation and OK Zimbabwe as a Buyer and had in-house training in Purchasing, Supply and Total Quality Management. He also trained as a Finance Cadet before being appointed Cost ant, Management ant and Financial Controller at Hunyani Paper & Packaging (1997) (Pvt) Limited. Patrick is a holder of a SAAA Diploma and a CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply) Diploma. He has worked for the manufacturing, services and life assurance business units of the Nyaradzo Group. Patrick is currently studying for a Business Management & Information Technology Degree and a CIMA quali cation.

Mr Darlington Mabvure – Sales Manager Darlington holds a Marketing Diploma with the Institute of istration of Commerce (SA). He is currently studying for an Insurance Diploma with IIZ as well as a BSc. Management and Entrepreneurial Development Studies. He has over fourteen years of progressive experience in the Insurance Industry having started his career at Old Mutual in 1999. Darlington ed Nyaradzo in 2004 as an istration Clerk before being appointed to his current position in 2009.

Mr Farayi Sithole CA (Z) - ant Farayi has more than 7 years’ experience in public practice and commerce. He completed his internship at Delta Transport Services, a division of Delta Corporation. He is a Chartered ant, is ed with the Public ants and Auditors Board as a Public Auditor (RPA) and an associate member of the Association of Certi ed Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Farayi is a member of the D committee of ICAZ. He served his articles of clerkship with

Grant Thornton Zimbabwe where he rose through the ranks to the position of Audit Manager. In the year 2000, he participated in the Junior Parliament of Zimbabwe as a Junior Member of Parliament for Chipinge North constituency. Farayi holds the Bachelor of Commerce ing (Hons.) Degree from the Midlands State University (Zimbabwe) and Bachelor of ing Science (Hons.) from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

Mr Elisha Fungayi Dzikiti - istration Manager Fungayi has over seventeen years’ experience in the nancial services sector having started his career at Edgars Stores. He ed Nyaradzo Group in 2002 as an istration Clerk and rose through the ranks to his current position. He holds a Bachelor of Business istration (BBA) degree from MANCOSA in South Africa, a Diploma in ancy from Southern Africa Association of s (SAAA), and a Certi cate of Pro ciency in Insurance (IIZ). He is currently studying CIS with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and istration in Zimbabwe.  

Mr Onismas Karakadzai - Groups istration Manager Onismas ed Nyaradzo Group in 2011 as an s Clerk and rose through the ranks to his current position. Previously worked for CFX Bank for 5 years before ing Firmside Management. He is a Chartered Certified ant, and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified ants (ACCA, UK), an Associate member of the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (IOBZ), and a Fellow member of the Institute of istration and Commerce of Zimbabwe (IACZ). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in ing Sciences from the University of South Africa, and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (UK).
