HOW TO IN NMC 1. to NMC website https://ireg.nmc.uk 2. Click Create , complete the details in registration. Once done Click submit. 3. Go to your Email address that you used in your NMC registration. You will receive an email stating that you need to click the link to activate your . 4. Once ACTIVATED, Go back to https://ireg.nmc.uk and to your and Click start new application. 5. Then you’ll be given a choices what to apply, click ED NURSE ( ADULT-GENERAL) 6. Complete the ELIGIBILITY STAGE ( consists of Self-Assessment, Declaration of Good Health and Good Character ) 7. After completing the eligibility stage, you will need to input your IELTS SCORE and TRF number. Once done Click SUBMIT. 8. After 24 hours of your initial registration you will receive an email provided the name and that you will be using in your CBT booking at Pearson vue. CBT fee is 130 GBP. 9.

Once done and your CBT Exam you will need to pay 140 GBP for NMC Application.

NMC APPLICATION PROCESS Important reminders in completing the application forms 

All sections of the application forms must be completed in full. This will minimize the amount of follow up queries needed and speed up the application process.  If a document submitted is not written in English, they will require an English translation of it. The translator must be produced by a certified translator and attached to the original- language version of the document.  Documents must be updated or must be released from the last three months.  All documents need to must be in PDF format. WORK EXPERIENCE  Both references must be completed and signed by either a SENIOR NURSE, MEDICAL PRACTIONER or the applicants LINE MANAGER.  Referees should have supervise you at least 1 year.  If your referees has unusual job title, as much as possible ask/indicate the counter part of your job title ( Ex. NURSE II which van be indicated as a Senior Nurse)  Hospital Seal/ Stamp must be seen on the last page. PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING  FORMS TO ACCOMPANY TRANSCRIPT OF TRAINING- Give this form to your school and ask them to attach your Transcript of records, Summary of Related Learning Experience and Theoretical Breakdown. - TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS – List of all your subject from 1st year to 4th year with your grades.

SUMMARY OF RELATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE – Total Numbers of Hours on your Clinical and Laboratory. THEORETICAL BREAKDOWN – List of all your subject from 1st year to 4th year with number of Hours. DECLARATION OF GOOD HEALTH  The individual completing the applicant’s declaration of good health must not be a member of their family and should have undertaken an examination of the applicant in the last six month. The declaration must be not more than three months old at the time of the application.  To all applicants done on their medical to GHR partner clinic. Your processing specialist will be the one process your Declaration of good health. POST QUALIFICATION REGISTRATION  Applicants must hold a current registration or license without restriction with the licensing authority or registration body in the country in which they have qualified or have been practicing.  REGISTRATION AUTHORITY VERIFICATION FORM – This form must be submitted to PRC for processing and PRC must send this form directly to PRC. ( DHL shipping is 2, 300 Php)  If you have any international / overseas registration this must be declared to NMC with or without employment experience in the country. - Click YES in would you like to add more registration details. POLICE CLEARANCE - Applicants are required to provide a police certificate from every country/ state in which they have resided or practiced. Please note that the police certificates are only valid for three months. If you are already Exit in the country and not be able to get Police clearance the alternative is your Exit Visa in the country.  DOCUMENTS need to in POST QUALIFICATION REGISTRATION SECTION ARE: - PRC BOARD CERTIFICATE - OVERSEAS REGISRATION CERTIFICATE - REGISTRATION ID (with experience in overseas ) - RECIPROCITY LETTER ( If the hospital allows you to use your PRC License; most of the applicants have experience in LIBYA) - SAUDI ANNOUNCEMENT – Processing Specialist from GHR will give this documents to you.
