A UDP and T Network Ports This appendix provides Server and Client details, in table format, of the UDP and T network ports (see Table A-1: UDP and T Network Ports on page 110 and Table A-2: IPC Specific UDP and T Network Ports on page 121). This list should be used by IT staff to ensure the mentioned ports are enabled in the customer's firewall configuration to allow proper functioning of the system. For completeness, the list may include internal ports used for interconnection between services that run on the same server (ports for which the destination/server and the source/client are on the same machine). These internal ports may therefore be ignored in firewall configuration, as required. Based on the customer's environment, additional ports may need to be enabled to specific operating system services or third party software that are installed on the customer's servers for monitoring, alarming, anti-virus protection or other purposes. Consult with the respective vendor's documentation. Additional information on Microsoft Windows ports and protocols may be found on Microsoft's Service overview and network port requirements for the Windows Server system page (KB Article ID: 832017). Workstation Port
You can open the firewall for all ports, or specify a range of ports to be available for this use and open the firewall on only those ports. The available range of ports is from 1024 to 5000. You must specify a range of at least 10 ports (configurable in NICE Perform System application).

Table footnotes: 1 Required for communication between Data Hubs in a multi Data Hub deployment. 2 Default SIP control port. Must be re-configured in a single-box deployment with MPCM and VoIP Logger running on the same machine (both services can’t listen on the same port). 3 Additionally, there is RTP data flow between VRA/VRG and VoIP Logger on ports that are configured on the VoIP Logger (IPTool). 4 Relevant in Cisco Active VoIP integration.

Based on Intel Dialogic system prerequisites these ports may change and additional arbitrary T ports in the range between 1024 - 5000 may be utilized, as well as T and UDP ports 135 to allow remote DCOM across firewalls if required. Refer to Intel Dialogic System Release 6.0 PCI for Windows Documentation.

Based on Intel Dialogic system prerequisites these ports may change and additional arbitrary T ports in the range between 1024 - 5000 may be utilized, as well as T and UDP ports 135 to allow remote DCOM across firewalls if required. The HMP system defaults to UDP/RTP ports 6000 - 6100 and UDP ports 49152 and above for RTP streaming (depending on the number of channels purchased). Refer to Intel Dialogic Host Media Processing Software Release 2.0 for Windows Documentation.
