अन्म ककसी बी प्रकाय के भानचित्र जभा कयने हे तु प्राचधकयण के कामाटरम ऩय उक्त हे तु फनाए गए काउं र्य ऩय संऩकट कयें |

Facility for submitting the map online using this web portal is valid only for residential plots under 300 sq. mt. in LDA Schemes area. For any other type of maps, the submission has to be done manually at the LDA counters.  भानचित्र की स्कैन काऩी की pdf फनाकय ऩोर्ट र ऩय अऩरोड कयने हे तु भानचित्र का आकाय A1 साइज का होना िाहहए| स्कैन कयते सभम ध्मान यखे कक स्कैन काऩी स्ऩष्र् व ऩण ू ट हो|

The Map should be scanned and a “pdf” file must be created. The size of the map should be kept as A1 paper size. The scanned document should be clean and clear in all respect else the map shall not be considered for approval process.  भानचित्र की एक काऩी को AutoCad के पायभैर् भें ऩोर्ट र ऩय अऩरोड ककमा जाना िाहहए| One copy of map should be ed in AutoCad format. Size in this case also should be A1 Only.  ऩोर्ट र ऩय आनराइन आवेदन कयने हे तु ननम्नसरखखत दस्तावेजो को अऩरोड ककमा जाना आवश्मक होगा | अत: इन दस्तावेजो की pdf ऩहरे से तैमाय यखे |

Following documents shall be required alongwith the map, which has to be ed in “pdf” format 1. भानचित्र / Map 2. स्वासभत्त संफध ं ी दस्तावेज / Ownership Document 3. वास्तवु वद अथवा असबमंता का प्रभाणऩत्र / Architect or Engineer Certificate 4. शऩथऩत्र / Affidavit

 ऩोर्ट र ऩय आनराइन आवेदन कयने हे तु आवेदन ऩत्र के साथ ननम्न धनयाशी प्राचधकयण के खाते

भें जभा कयना अननवामट है | इस धनयाशी को आऩ ई – िारान द्वाया मा NEFT/RTGS द्वाया जभा कय सकते है |

For submitting the On-line Application using the portal following charges should be deposited in LDA’s . You may deposit these charges using E-Challan, which shall be generated at the end of Application Submission or your may deposit the same using RTGS/ NEFT. भानचित्र शल् ु क / Map Fee

 महद आऩ NEFT/RTGS के भाध्मभ से धनयाशी जभा कयना िाहते है तो उक्त धनयाशी को प्राचधकयण के खाते भें ट्ांसपय कयके फैंक द्वाया उऩरब्ध कयामा गमा ट्ांजेक्सन आईडी को आवेदन के डडऩाजजर् डडर्े र भें अवश्म अंककत कये |

Applicant may also transfer the Map Submission Fee to LDA authorized banks using NEFT/RTGS and note down the Transaction ID, which should be entered on web portal in deposit detail section.  आवेदन ऩत्र के साथ जभा धनयाशी व अन्म दस्तावेजो ऩजु ष्र् के ऩश्िात आऩके भोफाईर ऩय आवेदन ऩत्र की स्वीकृत संफधी जानकायी प्रेवषत की जामेगी |

After scrutiny of documents and deposit submitted by you along with the on-line application, a message regarding the Acceptance of Map Application shall be sent on your mobile.
