Synopsis

This course introduces students to the hospitality industry. It provides an understanding of the hospitality industry as a whole, it provides the student with a basic understanding of operations in the hospitality industry. Once simply a place to rest for the night, today’s hotels offer catering services and conference facilities as well as complete vacation and recreation packages. This course briefly cover all these functions.
