: Good morning everyone. I am glad to welcome all respective mangers to this second executive meeting. Thank you for coming. Can we call this meeting to order?

All

: Yes.

Asha

: Are there any apologies for absence for previous meeting?

Kirttana

: Yes, Mr Mohd Farid is away on previous meeting because he was attending a course in Kuala Lumpur.

Asha

: Thank you, Ms Kirttana. Can we now proceed to the next item, minutes of the previous meeting?

All

: Yes.

Asha

: Please read through the minutes of the last meeting which were distributed earlier. (....paused...) Are there any amendments?

Kirttana

: Yes, Ms Asha. The cash allocated for the small tea party was RM 1800 and not RM 1500 as reported in the minutes.

Asha

: Thank you. Ok. Now, let’s move on to the next item. Any matters arising? Anyone? (..pause...)

Roshini

: Yes, Ms Asha. I would like to ask to Sales And Marketing Manager whether the special modification for our company brand had been presented or not?

Amirul

: Yes, Ms Roshini. It have been presented and approved by Ms Asha..

Asha

: Thank you Mr Amirul. Shall we move to next item? (...pause..)

Kirttana

: Yes, Ms Asha. In correspondent, I had received a letter of invitation from the Staff Club of A&D Creative Solution. For their “Galaxy Night’ on 30th June 2016. The agree to accept the invitation. Mr Mohd Farid agreed that he would respond to the invitation from A&D Creative Solution. And be in charge of organizing the trip to their ‘Galaxy Night’.

Asha

: Thanks for the information Galaxy Night. Is there anything else to add?

All

: No

Asha

: If there is nothing else, let’s proceed to our special business today, about Staff Salary. I want to inform that the entire executive that salary will be increase in order to encourages the staff’s performance. Mr Mohd Farid, as you Human resource Manager, what do think about that?

Farid

: It is good idea Ms Asha but the increment of the staff salary will be decided soon after evaluation of the staff performance.

Asha

: Alright. I wait for your staff evaluation results Mr Mohd Farid. Ms Roshini, I want you to allocate the increment amount of the salary right after Mr Mohd Farid done the evaluation process and I want you to present this proposal on next discussion.

Roshini

: Ok, Ms Asha.

Kirttana

: I want to inform that I found some difficulties that our staff faced when promoting our event planner and catering business.

Asha Amirul

: Mr. Amirul, is there any suggestion to solve this problem? : I think we can promote our event by sending email, present traditional media such as newspaper, magazines, radio and television. For further solution, I will do some research about this matter and present it on next meeting.

Asha

: Ok, Mr Amirul. I hope you will do so. Ms. Roshini, can you briefly explain about our company financial status?

Roshini

: Alright Ms. Asha. Actually, our company are facing crisis on capital funding. This will affect our company’s sales and profit tremendously.

Kirttana

: Ms Roshini, may I give some suggestion?

Roshini

: Yes of course Ms Kirttana.

Kirttana

: I think we shall increase the capital fund by searching more potential investors who are capable to increase our company’s capital.

Roshini : But, instead of searching the investors in short periods of time, we can take loan from the bank institution with low interest rate. Asha

: Alright, Ms Roshini and Ms Kirttana. How about others?

Amirul

: I think Ms Roshini is right because it will cost more capital expenditure in order to find new investors.

Farid

: Yes, I do agree too.

Asha

: Okay, Ms Roshini, you can proceed with loan acquirement. Now let’s move on to any other business. I like to inform that we will be having a small rewards pay function for the best performance staff in our company on 15th July 2016. Any suggestion to be add up regarding to this function

Amirul

: Yes Ms Asha. We can also include certificate to the staff member at function.

Farid & Roshini : Yes, we agreed. Asha

: Since all of us agreed, I take it as a ‘Yes’. Mr Mohd Farid, I want you to organize the function. We will allocated RM1400 for the function.

Farid

: Okay sure, Ms Asha.

Kirttana : Ms Asha, since there are many activities to be completed. I will send a notice about the next meeting to the where it will be held on Sunday, 29 May 2016 at 4.00 p.m. in the in the Bilik Saujana, BKBM 2.1, BKBM UUM. Asha

: That’s that then. I am glad that we manage to finish this meeting on time. Anything else? Any questions? Comments? No? Well then, thank you for coming. The meeting is ended/adjourned.
