Documents Harmonization • P and PP have been in use for preparation of project since 1990; • Project concept was to prepare in P with 16 items in Bangla; • Detail project was to prepare in the PP with 57 items in English; • Double-layer processing and approval system;

Documents Harmonization (con) • 1996-97 officially recognized that this double-layer system was time consuming and should go; • Committee formed for unification and harmonization of documents; • Committee formed for simplification of processing and approval system; • Finally formed GOB-DP working group; • Outcome is the DPP/ TPP/ RDPP/ RTPP/ PDPP/Proforma for Study/Survey proposal

Note: Project document should contain sufficient information on each criteria for justification of approval of the project
