MANAGER, HR ROLE: Create and maintain a knowledgeable, skilled and motivated Human Resource in the Company. Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations on a sustained basis. Develop and implement HR systems and processes and institutionalize them for a high degree of maturity. progression, Morale and motivation. ACTIVITIES: • Build personnel data base incorporating all relevant fields of information and maintain the same. •

Assess training needs for all employees. Design suitable training programs. Draw up training calendar and conduct the in-company programs. Nominate persons for external training programs also. Assess effectiveness of training programs in class room, at work place with from the departmental heads.

Effective istration of (both company contract staff): address employee concerns, communicate information/instructions accurately and in good time, ensure timely prompt transport facility, good house-keeping practices, visit shop floors regularly for employee , anticipate employee issues and plan corrective measures. Ensure prompt payment of wages and salaries to all staff and contract employees. Look out for symptoms of employee unhappiness, dissent, cynicism, criticism etc. and resolve the issues in time.

Maintain good working relations with all related government agencies and ensure compliance with all labor and other related legislations.

Keep up the morale of all staff and contract employees by prompt attention to their needs and motivating them.

Organize for effective security function: Employee, visitor and vehicle movements, safe-keeping of company assets, perimeter security (day and night), general security and safety of all personnel.

Keeping Company premises very presentable and help build an excellent image.

Create pleasant experience for all visitors: Be aware of all visitors for the day in advance, arrange for their proper reception, courteous interaction, arrangements for discussions and seeing them off. When transport and hospitality are committed, make sure they are extended promptly.

• Recruit personnel as per the Company recruitment policy, arrange for induction training and post them at the work place making them comfortable with the work environment and the people in the department. Arrange for their mentoring with the designated officers. • Carry out the periodical performance appraisal of employees and officers, grant of increments and promotions as per HR policy. • Establish daily routines on house-keeping, security, attendance and cleaning services etc... • Review compliance with all applicable rules, regulations with labor department and environmental aspects. • Develop and maintain the skill-matrix for all employees to ensure everyone is equipped with adequate knowledge, skill and attitude for high on-the-jobperformance • Clarify role/responsibilities of all HR personnel and assist them in achieving over all goals and objectives of HR function. • Take lead role in bringing about Organizational Development initiatives. • Plan and achieve continuous improvements in HR processes.

Ability to assess situations, taking right decisions in good time, equity and fairness and high ethical standards in all deliberations. Maintaining excellent inter-personal relations.

Educational Qualification and Experience: MA sociology or Diploma in Personnel and Industrial Relations or MBA with specialization in HR.

8-10 years of proven experience in manufacturing industry. A good record of professional accomplishments
