We Started…….

Logistics & supply chain was business unit in TVS & Sons since 1995.

we became a separate company in 2004

We started diversifying into different segments of logistics like Transportation & Integrated Logistics, In Plant Ware Housing, and Material Handling Solutions & after Market Ware Housing exponentially.

We ventured into Thailand through a tVenture, TVS SIAM in 2005. ABILASHA, a leadership Training was initiated.

We ventured into through a t Venture, TVS Auto Serv in 2006.

A t venture between TVS Logistics and Dynamic Freight Forwarders and commenced operations in 2007, to provide freight management solutions.

In 2008, we entered into commutation business when recession had hit our country. It did not stop Goldman Sachs investing Rs.100 crore in TVSLSL & we kept growing. SCORES was launched.

We became the first Indian organization to make the largest overseas acquisition by acquiring Multipart in United Kingdom in 2009. TVS way, as a culture was adapted.

We did not stop there & went over to acquire MESCO, United States of America in 2010. We ed hands with RHR finished vehicle solutions, TVS RHR. SPEED, SALT & SLATE was launched.

We ed hands with Ashok Leyland in 2011 for AL- Sholavaram Assembly plant & partnered with Ross School of Business, Ross Michigan University for BLUE LEAP, and a strategic Leadership program for our Senior Executives. BOLT was also launched.

In 2012, KKR invested in TVSLSL. We ed hands with Flexol which is packaging & reverse logistics firm. We began an alignment exercise to align our employees to our organizational goals (Aspire, Align & Accelerate). Msys was integrated into IT function. Reach, corporate magazine was introduced.

We acquired RICO Logistics in United Kingdom & merged with Wainwright solutions in United States of America in the year 2013. We amalgamated with Cargo Wings finished vehicle solutions in the same year as TVS Cargo wings. HABIT was adopted as culture promoting 3 major cultural capabilities.

In our journey we were awarded with Supply Chain And Logistics Excellence Awards Exceptional Position under 3PL category for the year 2013-2014. Express Logistics Supply Chain Awards , BEST 3PL COMPANY OF THE YEAR 2013-14 Under service excellence category

In CII-SR Kaizen Competition 2014” – 9th Edition for Operators & Supervisors we won 2nd PLACE : LARGE SCALE/SERVICE SUPERVISORS CATEGORY SPECIAL AWARD FOR BEST TEAM EFFORT TO OPERATORS. We launched People Survey & Executive Engagement in the same year.

Future:  Expanding into new geography (China, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia).  To be shown only the landmarks and not countries.  New business lines to include electronics (show ATMs/vending machines), FMCG and Pharma.  MSys as a separate business  Trading of components  New and Big customers  Processes: Building talent, succession planning, career growth, engagement at all levels, communication.  To be the best and largest SCS company.
