WHAT IS A SENTENCE? 

A sentence is a group of words that expresses a complete thought. It ends with a punctuation mark.



Sometimes a sentence asks about something . Sometimes a sentence tells about something.

A sentence that asks a question is called an Asking Sentence. An asking sentence ends with a question mark. ( ? )
