I, the undersigned of a sole proprietorship under the name of SORIANO, EDUARDO JOSE, JR. M., a business duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at Rizal Tower Unit 29D, Rockwell Drive, Poblacion, Makati City, Philippines, DO HEREBY CERTIFY: 1. That since the month of September 2011, the aforesaid sole proprietorship has ceased its operation and did not conduct any transaction of its business until the present date. 2.
