Because I don’t earn or receive any salary regulary, I have not file any income tax return for the past several years.

I am executing this affidavit for what ever legal purpose it may serve.

I am married to MARK ANTHONY L. SORIANO who is now on-board around Europe being a sea-man. I am now processing all his pertinent documents.

Mr. MARK ANTHONY L. SORIANO was previously employed at MAGSAYSAY MOL MARINE INC. and presently employed at MICHAELMAR PHILS. INC.

Me and my husband, MARK ANTHONY L. SORIANO are both applying for an Immigrant Visa to Canada and part of the requirement is to provide copies of Certificate of Employment with Compensation from our previous work and a detailed job description thereof.

10.

In view thereof, I am attaching herewith the JOB DESCRIPTION , sent through e-mail, of my husband at ALMI TANKERS S.A. as ANNEX “A” and made an integral part hereof. The original copy thereof can be provided as soon as my husband return from work.

11.

Also, copy of the Certificate of Employment of my husband is hereby attached as ANNEX “B” and made an integral part hereof;

12.

Further, I was unable to provide a Certificate of Employment with Compensation and Job Description and calling cards with its signatories as the latter, as per instruction, do not issue such.

13.

I was further instructed by the company to just refer to the telephone and fax number provided in their letter heads for any further inquiries about Mr. MARK ANTHONY L. SORIANO.

14.

With respect to other contracts pertaining to my husband’s previous work, we can no longer provide the aforementioned documents because the said companies can no longer be found or located.
